Indian Derby has been run since 1943. I have been following it since 1973. I do not recollect any year this kind of 'nonsense' was perpetrated on an ordinary punter by RWITC by DENYING the name of rider on a runner when that runner was DECLARED TO RUN IN INDIAN DERBY!

Creating confusion and annoyance to an ordinary punter does not create excitement. It creates resentment.

I am sure that everybody in RWITC - including the perpetrator of this NONSENSE knows the name of the jockey riding in the Indian Derby.

Making fool of ordinary punter will create aversion to racing, rather than increasing interest...

Come out of the stupid ivory tower and try to mingle with and understand the viewpoint of those who make racing run and survive.

Racing is not, NOW, the only source of gambling or entertainment or 'timepass'. Many more alternatives are there.

Don't be instrumental in killing a dying sport...
