S. Padmanaban will surely tune Hall Of Famer to Win the invitation at his Home Ground. This horse must have already reached Bangalore.
His earlier Two (2) winners had taken the same route that is :
In the spotlight , Kolkatta Derby winner then Indain Derby and later the Invitation at Bangalore.
Desert God , Kolkatta Derby Winnerm then Indian Derby and later the Invitaton at Chennai last Year.
Hence no body can ignore Hall of Famer in the Invitation.

@ All,
At present we do not know the exact runners but from the various 'trials' we can guess who all will be 'invited' to run.
AS these races have been thrown open to more than 5 year olds their participation also will matter - especially in the Invitation cup
Weight assigned will play a crucial role in Invitation cup and other races...

After watching Derby & the timing clocked I feel that if all is well with Alainder this years Invitation should be a cakewalk for him. This years Derby timing is almost 4 seconds slow than record. With Desert God out of the equation no one of this years classic crop will be near Alainder except maybe Tororrosso.

Sprinters : Very Open (Supreme General) if invited for 1200 which i doubt.
Stayers : Azzuro/Severus
Invitation : Alaindar or Torrorosso
Super Mile : Myrtlewood

Whomakestherules and Tororrosso will not finish on board in the invitation. these horses lack class.Very difficult for Alaindair to give 4 kilos to the younger horses and beat them.
The same three horses who finished in the top 3 in the Indian Derby will fight for the Invitation Cup. However this time I expect temerity to reverse the verdict on Hall of Famer. She ran one hell of a race after winning the Oaks couple of weeks before the Derby. She was the least rested horse and was the fastest moving in the last 50 metres.
Well, If Paddu, the master of Fixes and mends tunes Ice Glacier for the Invitation Cup, then you never know what could be the outcome?

Yes its going to be an exciting invitation this year i have few selections of horses which might be suitable in these categories and might perform well in these events

Invitation- Alaindair, Hall Of Famer,Temerity, Desert God (if paddy bring him back to race in India)
