I have a doubt..plz.. help me understand..

Many of times we have seen,, ((( STARS ))) or ((( SQUARES ))) or ((( STRIPS )))
on the horse back//Hip.. looks beautiful/// only 1 or two horse running in one or more races .. which is clearly visible, in Peddhok while circuling in round... Many of us talking about and am Betting on such horse "cause we are told.. ( Don't by who ).. that this particular horse is been Injected or Drugged to Improve running..going to win,, but many time after race.. arround 50 %.. comes back Brock Blood Vessel.. or.. many more time WINs.....

Can anyone Please What are these STARS//SQUAIRS//STRIPES// on Horse Back.is this realy reaction of Injections//Druggs.. if not WHY,,horse back like this.??
