It will be interesting to see the paddu camp fielding both winners of the last 2 mumbai derby along with David Allan choosing his ride from Desert God & Hall of famer

Reminds me of Elusive Pimpernel & Mystic Memory combo running from one stable & annexing almost all the races
For me -Desert god giving weights to the current crop is still a better bet than hedging with Serjeant at arms .
What odds the bookies will open remains to be seen as in 1st -2nd fav

Mathaiyus is not nominated. Even if nominated, he will not be on board.
Supreme General will not come in 1-2-3-4 in the Invitation. he is not a late bloomer but a first class donkey whose only credentials before running the classics was beating Arak and Rising Brave, who are most ordinary to say the least.
May the best horse win.

From Clockwise to Anti-clockwise now again back to Clockwise, what you people think Desert God is The God Almighty to participate in this year's Invitation..? Even if the trainer do this Chamatkar, it wont finish in place money. So forget Desert God's participation. If Mathayus runs it will finish at the bottom five.

SERJEANT AT ARMS will fight with HALL OF FAMER once again. (Home Turf ADVANTAGE for both) LET BETTER HORSE WINS. Only a 4 year old will win the Invitation. No aged horses will win because of the excess weight they carry.`

Unlikely that Desert God will run. There is quarantine period of one month and I don't think he has yet returned to India.
Also unlikely that Mathaiyus will earn nomination. Horses are nominated based on performance and not potential. Mathaiyus has no black-type.

Hi lenavi, I'm Good thanks for asking, SUPREME GENERAL seems to be a late Bloomer, I expect that SG will put up a better show but all depends on how SG settles in the pace, MATHAIYUS has time to recuperate from the Gate accident its true potential is still unknown, the win with a mediocre group carrying overweight can't be a gauge to measure MATHAIYUS'S potential to run in this Big race. nevertheless I would wager on these two as well as Temerity,

Straight fight between Hall of Famer and Temerity. Advantage to Hall of Famer however Temerity with a months rest will be a live threat.
Tororosso will not be on board.
Among older horses, Dessert God may not even run. Alaindair has no chance after losing to Colombiana earlier and Be Fifty Two recently.

I am confident that Torrosso will win provided that this aggressive thoroughbred is entrusted to a jockey of Ryan Moore' class. From what I have seen T is skittish and needs a tough jockey. Jockey Neeraj did well in the Bng Derby but this is not enough. T has to be settled within the 1st furlong. Here is a potential champion but he needs a class jockey.

Don't you know that the unpopular horse has already been shown the door from racing after made to run in Guindy? Again, what prompts you to bring horses like Alaindair and Myrtylwood in this elite group now, since they are already a spent force?
