Well
Alaindair is indeed running

Hall of famer seems to be in good nick as is evident from morning workouts
other 4 years olds matching /surprising or not
This paddy trained filly shud finish ahead of Alaindair itself and break its bangalore unbroken record as giving 5.5 kgs will be a tough ask for the 7 year old

Cheers

One is is happy to read article by Pocket Jacks. technically Ailndair and an aquired taste were with Malesh. The platinum syndicate folded up and these horses change hands.
Few years back on win post the same trainer boasted of reaching among the top.
He thought there are short cuts to wins. I do not think 'A' will be in 3 s but around 7s so you cannot do bar betting on it.

The below horses of the 4year old crop as per the
any one shud annex the race
Alaindair to give 4 kgs weight to the 4year olds will be a tough ask

Last year Quasar struggled to give weight to Desert god & lost on post

Best wager would be -Eat alaindair in win if odds are below 3.5 to one
Giving 4kgs to colts and 5.5 kgs to filles is a tough ask.

Srinath -all the best to you to extract the last inch of juice from the champion to try to win this one but i for one will be wager a EAT

Cheers

I firmly believe it is not the horse it is the trainer who has been a big let down.. Letdown is too mild a word to describe his performance..

Altamash has won only one race this season and that race was won by alaindair when he took over the horse from LVR Deshmukh.. Is it too much of a co incidence that everytime he has Alaindair in his stables, he fails miserably and when he went to LVR's yard he churned out such wonderful performances..

I still remember the day i saw Alaindair in Bangalore last Summer he looked soo fit, a literal picture of fitness..

Compared that to the way he looked when he lost to B fifty two.. It looked gross.. So its all about training, i feel sad that the owners are soo blinded that they cant see the difference of a horses which brought them soo many Laurels..

For a trainer who has such good horses in his yard to have failed to get a single race, he should just quit as training a horse is not something he clearly enjoys..

Saddle ji wait for the jockeys to be saddled up!.

One should never make up his mind so early with such a big field.
As per me, He will not be on board. Age is catching up with him
