Adam completed a classic double. Having won last years sprinters in Chennai, he emulated his brilliance this year as well. His acceleration was awesome. A 7 year old who lost to Galiat in Hyderabab!! I keep wondering whether Trainer Shroff is a sophisticated version of Lagad??
Besides punters who were shell shocked , the icing on the cake was the expression the trainer' face. I have always thought Jockey Parmar is as good as Trevor if not better. Unfortunately, he rarely gets the 1st string horses of Triners. Go back to last Poona season, he easily accounted the public rage Myrtlewood on Unicorn and rode a competent race.
The doosras, teesras and soon Chautas will soon rule. I for one will make max bets of ?20 on tote!!
My eyes (and whatever is left) will be riveted on Torroroso.

Racing will turn into a "mugs game" as you call it only because we now have airheads such as yourself who gamble and can't take their losses. To suggest that the connections were on Satellite etc etc is such a load of bunk. As I said earlier spare us your ranting and find yourself some other form of entertainment.

Galiat beat Satelite and Adam by short-head and head. Connections of Satelite and Adam are not bettors. everyone on race course knows that. Even if accept your theory that their money was on Satelite, there is easier way to arrange it than short-head and head.
How many years you spend in racing is not relevant. After 15 years mule remains mule and horse remains horse.

I am sorry to say that you are a twit. What you know of racing is not worth knowing.
I have in this mugs game for 4 decades +. Thus don't try to tech me. Adam undoubtedly is a great sprinter but it lost to Galiat in Hyderabad. And take a look at the timing that day. It was not a case of a bad day in the office. Just to 'educate' you the connections were on Satellite that day.
Incidentally I had wagered a big sum on Adam when he ran in the Chennai invitation Cup day 2016 with Trevor astride.
Think positive. Do Karma as Krish often extols us.

Wrong to say that shroff was shocked to see Adam winning.it was sent to Hyderabad and prepared,it has the potential and the luck in this sprint was also with him.imagine if p.Trevor was there on to ride Adam it might ended as a joint favourite.Most of us neglected just because of jockey factor.he is a real champion sprinter.

Plz refer Mr.Lalwani post on what experts said. Mr.Zeyn Mirza said both Adam and Captain Moragan have a good chance. So who was wrong.

@Venkat, instead of whining, give credit where it is due.
First , to the game 7year old Adam for rising to the occasion and winning back to back sprinters cups which is no mean feat.
Second, to the master trainer Pesi for tuning him to the minute.
To suggest that there are doosras, teesras especially in the big races clearly indicates you seriously lack the class and knowledge to partake in horse racing.
Do us all a favour and find another hobby.
We thoroughly enjoyed a spectacular week end of racing and kudos to all the champions.

Trainer Shroff himself was shocked to see Adam Win as he though that Denny Crane will take the honors however for the crowd sake he was putting a cool expression on his face, his Doosra worked very well for him...

Adam's win yesterday shows that the quality of top-class sprinters in India has been falling down. After Oasis Star and Dancing Prances, Critics Choice had shown some hope. But now there are no young 'uns in the making for top-class sprinter aspirations. So, oldy-goldies like Adam, Micky Mouse Dancing Prances keep winning races with no challengers coming up. Sad!
