Pesi knew that Temerity will run a good race
but he told everyone that he has to beat HOF and 2 older horses.
if you see the derby run of temerity you will see that he didnt get an absolutely clear run and in the last 100 metres he was moving the best but didnt have the luck of the race.

HALL OF FAMER (David Allan) was impounded for veterinary examination. On examination the Club’s Veterinary Officer reported that it was found to have burst its blood vessels (Endoscopy Grade – IV). Trainer Mr. S. Padmanabhan was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Remember To The Manor Born../Oxbridge..?? From the same silks of Dark blue shades of Ruias run by Neeraj Rawal Always.... trained by N.Cama (whom I like very much) ran disappointing races in big ones when always needed....Neeraj sprung back again with a boom!! Showed his class under Mastery guidance of Shroff.... Dint spoil the belief that Ruias always kept on him....Perfectly ridden to Victory today... New Champion Jockey has come.... And no doubt I now prefer Neeraj more than any other ones at present as far credibility is concerned.....

Well done Pesi and trs of the placed horses in invitation cup. Temerity deserved the win as there was a wonderful team work at display starting from the prep stage to the finish line of this very coveted event run on 05 march 2017 at Bengaluru (Bangalore Turf Club). How ever the max credit
must go to Pesi( For prep of the filly and extremely intelligent instructions and briefing given to the jockey for this run) Hats off to you Pesi, God has really blessed you with tons of intelligence and fore site, specially for this very intricate and most competitive sport. Neeraj, you also did a great job in carrying out, spot on the trainers instructions, an excellent job. Both of you keep it up and best of luck.
Now the other end, there should be no doubt that Padmanabhan, David Allan, Irfan and Suraj did make serious mistakes and miscalculations and their instructions or lack of instrs were the only cause of the disasters met by their runners and their teams.I wish you all the best of luck for the future events.

Had Attlohi kept SAA for Invitations surely it would have got the race in style.that is where the trainers ability is concerned. Experienced trainers would give many chances to see it beat the animal to whom it was lost. see Be safe entered and tried,but that was another matter. but here why shd Attllohi prefered for Super mile?bcoze he is still learning. last time pesi won Indian derby from
paddy's Becket,same Becket beat pessi horse in Invitation. So he shd have entered
to Invitation whether it win or lose thats is different. always in racing anything
can happen so Attlohi must have confident in his Stable. He will learnt atleast now. Torroroso on his fourth outing could finsih in the board means it will improve and may be next Invitation he may win.

The only reason that Hall of Famer won the Indian Derby was that Temerity was hurt in the barrier while being loaded and that there were no real classy horses.
All was well with Temerity yesterday and we know the result.She is one class higher than Hall of Famer. According to me that in all black type races there is always something more than what meets the eye!!
Take the Sprinters Cup yesterday. Both the joint favourites-- Dancing Prances and Denny Crane were at identical odds. While DC was ridden to the ground what Jockey Imran Khan had in his mind or was told to do we will never know. DP is not an ordinary horse. Thus Adam wins!!!What of the hapless punter. My advice is that avoid such races as no parameters work. I gambled on Temerity each way as I had heard a rumor of something that happened during the (running of Temerity) the Indian Derby.The best looking horse in the paddock was Torroroso!!
I still think Supreme General is at best a miler. And I have this feel that the Gold and Brown Brigade were treated sepecially.

All the warnings signs were there but most of our so called self styled racing experts just refused to see it.
Last run heavily whipped jockey fined rs 5000 ,just barely lasted to beat SAA.
Too mu ch of travelling around every horse is not desert God [Paddy seems to have got carried away].
Please see my choices in the contest not even taken 4th!
Moral of the story is most of theses racing experts just copy each other

Psc ridden a perfect race yesterday but better horse won. . . . . But surprising for me is tat why horse like serjeant at arms didn't ran invitation. . . . It's definitely bad judgement from the connection not allowed to ran invitation .. . . . . In the Indian derby he is just one length behind the winner but everyone is saying tat the distance will not sute him but how did he finished second in Indian derby with negative distance. . . . . And also remember tat he never lost a single in Bangalore track. . . . . He followed the myrtlewood way where she also finished second in the derby and not running in the invitation went on to win supermile race. . . . . . But pesi is brilliant trainer he knew tat in the last year invitation there is a tough opposition horses like desert god,quasar and be safe. . . . . But this year it was a weak bunch so I feel bad luck for saa. . . .. .

Good morning all,
Temerity is much superior than supreme general. There was no jockey fault riding. Just compare supreme general previous runs with invitation run. It was prepared only before Indian derby. I played SG as SHP in Hyderabad. So no fault riding by jockey. I think SG is strictly for Gr-2 & Gr-3. Just wait in future. It shows a miracle. I'm sure.

We punters lost interest and time over a period of years. It's just for big owners and we should be careful. It's only my humble request anyway I'm stoping racing and will never play

Hi, Come on. Most of the punters knew well in advance that Hall of Famer will not be able to win the Invitation Cup, given her hard running in the Derby. Let's also not ignore the fact that Temerity remained a live danger for HOF, and when the big scene came Pesi's mount came with a bang. And Neeraj Rawal, whose real potential mostly remains hidden, did the job to perfection. Please do not find fault with David Allan for HOF's defeat.

On this Sunday, the 5th of March, 2017, Supreme General was the best horse on the Bangalore track. The horse was given a very poor ride by PSC. Badly placed in most of the race, when the race came to the boil, SG was full of running. And despite there being lots of room in which to maneuver his horse, PSC made all the wrong decisions. He tried to go on the inside where there was no room. When he failed, he came wide and the horse literally flew, but by then Temerity had got away. Had PSC gone on the outside, which is always safest, the Invitation could have pocketed by SG. He had to be checked and then again ridden out, losing in the process several precious lengths.
Just to clarify, I had picked Temerity for the Invitation based on bad luck she had in the Indian Derby and so I lost nothing on SG. However, this was a great opportunity for MAM Trust to get back in glory with an Invitation win, but the stable jockey let the trust down. Time for the Trust to re-think.
BTW, Malesh Narredu was proven right - he had forecast great things for SG even before the horse started to race.

Well, I hate to say I said it, but I did say Temerity and Supreme General had a good Chance to fill the frame. Hall of Famer will turn out to be a good Sprinter in future but will bever win a 2400 mtr race with this bunch.
