Horse After Well Rested

I want to ask horses whose last ran at 20/10/16 didn't run for 3month and acceptance at 3/2/2017 having an excellent track work but didn't finish on money as 1,2,3 is there horse weight matter??

There is diff. Between well rested and over rested. May be the horse had some problem, which we r not privy to
