The race course is already on the way. So are you saying if Congress did not come to power the race course would have stopped.

Race course at Punjab! Let it take its own time. Do not be having any high hopes about the new race course being operational in near future.

Captain or Seargent. OR Commander. Once he assumes office as CM. He is CM only. Has to give equal attention to all projects. Only in exceptional circumstances they can give priority to one or two projects. Racing always gets lowest priority. AAP, SAD & BJP are too shrewd to let the CM off the hook if he gives undue attention to race course.

My view. 4 to 5 years. Till then let us not break our head on that. Even if belying my pessimistic thoughts, if the race course starts the races earlier, very much doubtful the other centers will run IVB.

At BTC betting on Delhi races started only during 2009/10. Madras was accommodated during Nov 16. So, Punjab???
