Colombiana has been repeatedly been slow starter authorities should have stopped the horse from racing till improves starting . Gazino though ran in better set in previous run was failed fvt the horse did not accelerate in last run also. Third fvt was Imtiaz who is doubtful on fvt. Nothing taking away from both Sandesh and Trevor racing trend recently has shown fvts loosing by both of them. It might have also happened that one of them is fvt. other has won.

My clear pick was Columbiana.
However after seeing the horse losing 17 Kg bodyweight (Definitely the horse MIGHT HAVE NOT fed anything for the last two days prior to the race), I lost the interest in that race and left. I am feeling guilty for tipping the horse. Commander is a well built horse above 500kgs, the competing horse should not be on diet or on water therapy. I can give a free advise to all punters. Both the leading jockeys are doing so much curricular activities on their mounts, if you follow them, you will get the correct picture, whether they are on job or not.

It is a shame that a good horse has been exploited by the connections to cut a sorry figure in the Tata Housing race. He was a shadow of himself in the paddock and ran as such. Trainer Narredu has a lot to learn......... that is to treat horses like the living breathing animals they are and not machines.

Sundays riding of Sandesh leaves much to be desired. He never at any stage tried to come on board, maybe he and his trainers are under the threat of racing Mafia.
Never expected something like this from a rider of his caliber.

I differ from this view, having said this I am not backing Sandesh. He doesnt need to prove his riding skill and his judgmental capability as he has won many closely faught races.

What ever happened on Sunday is the script written by Trainers and Big owners to their liking. So as a Proff jockey, they need to listen to their trainer instruction. Almost all the times these Scripts will have blessing from Race club Officials also. Its more Live and let live policy for big wigs at the cost of Poor punters money.

Some time back even Jockey T.Patel also was not winning his mounts in Hyd for few weeks on trot, as a Punter need to gauge all these and this also one of the pointers in finalizing the bet.

only race he (Sandesh) lost was on star Ace as animal responded bit late in final stage of race. Colambiana was not race fit, sheded more than 12 kgs, if I have not mistaken. Jager Bomb was not tried to win, in the 3 years terms race, winner was too good.

In nut shell This is the reason why racing is not so popular in India and has a Social Stigma attached as Place of Gambling, and not a "Game of Skill" as stated by Legal circles.

Its easy to assume. No one lost anything in Racing. You guys should keep in mind that the season is coming to an end. The other jockies also should score.

Back Narendra Lagads horses which have not performed in Mumbai at Pune. Pune is again centre for Horses at good odds.

You should change strategy as per situation and achieve the desired goal. That would be better.

Jockies and Trainers performance will remain the same. Punters should be smart always.
