Hi All,
We are pleased to announce the start of an exciting new contest and invite all Horsetalk members to showcase their betting skills by participating herein.
Here are the salient details for your kind perusal.....
RULES
------
1-NAME: THE TREASURE HUNT- CONTEST OF SKILL (COS)
2-CONTEST TARGET: CONVERT Rs 2,000 into Rs 200,000 within End-of-Season.
3-CONTEST STARTS FROM: 1st April'17.
4-TENURE OF THE CONTEST: 6 Mumbai Race Meetings upto 16th April'17(Season end)
5-BANK OF RACING will provide a MAXIMUM, interest free LOAN to all participants, a notional amount of Rs 10,000, spread equally over 5 Mumbai Winter Race meetings...i.e @ Rs 2000 per each race day.
6-MINIMUM BET PER POOL is Rs 500 for either Win,Place,Shp or Rolls (3 horses max.) NO 'LAY' Bets allowed.
7-MUMBAI TOTE DIVIDEND WILL BE APPLICABLE.
8-MAXIMUM RE-ENTRIES ALLOWED: 5 (5 X 2000 = Rs 10,000 BEING THE MAXIMUM LOAN)
9-PLEASE ENSURE YOUR BETTINGS ARE POSTED 30 MINUTES BEFORE START OF FIRST RACE.
10-NO EXCEPTION TO TIME DEADLINE.
11-NO CHANGE OF BETTING PLAN IS PERMISSIBLE EVEN FOR WITHDRAWALS.
12-If the initial betting fund of Rs 2000 for the day has been lost, the contestant will be free to re-draw the same loan amount on the next Mumbai race meeting, and so on..... until one's maximum quota of Rs 10,000 has been availed of. Thereafter, he will be out of the game.
13-Should there be any Return from one's invested (Loan)amount of 2K, the ENTIRE SUM generated (Loan Amount of 2K + Profits accrued) would be carried forward to the next meeting and so on.
To clarify: it is not just the amount in excess/short of 2K , but whatever the TOTAL FUND that has accrued; and the same would be brought forward, as the base amount for the next meeting.
14-The contestant is now expected to build upon the BASE AMOUNT and therefore CANNOT avail of any fresh bank loan of Rs 2000, on the next race day.
15-If a contestant has failed to build upon his credit balance in the subsequent meetings and it slides back to ZERO..ONLY then, would he be allowed to draw afresh from the bank funded loan of 2K/race day.
That is, the contestant would have to re-build his innings afresh!
16-Once the profits roll in, the contestant can wager any amount he chooses to, and without any restrictions on the Maximum betting amount.
17-PLEASE POST END-OF-DAY STATUS (Max. within 3 days of the Race meeting)
18-PLEASE MAINTAIN A SELF RECORD OF BETTING / RETURNS / CREDIT BALANCE & LOAN.
(Our Coordinators are requested to monitor each player's status)
19-THE WINNER OF THIS CONTEST WOULD BE THE ONE WHO HAS REACHED THE TARGET OF 2 LAC POINTS, IN THE SHORTEST POSSIBLE PERIOD.
20-IF NOT, THE HIGHEST SCORER TILL THE END OF THE SEASON WOULD BE DECLARED AS THE WINNER.
