Can Government employee Of India Gets ownership in Horse racing?

First you need to apply through proper channel from you department. Just see whether your department allows you to become race horse owner. A Government employee, other than his service in the department is not allowed to do any other outside business. But still Government Employees do all sort of business illegally. As for my knowledge Government Employees are not allowed to do become race horse owner.
