Should P.trevor Be Punished Harshly

Dear All,
This was the Race Day report when ROMANTIC STAR ran first just Ten days back & rest is self explainatory. Yesterday in Fillies Trials Stakes, he almost made the same mistake & almost brought down Suraj Narredu on WINDSOR FOREST. Trainer S.Padmanabhan also didn't put any corrective equipment on this filly after the last run erratic behaviour.
2 . (RaceNo:54)- The Beautiful Babe Plate Div-2 - 1400 metres
It was observed that GOSHAWK (A. Sandesh) was lugging in between the 350 Meters and 250 Meters, thereafter ROMANTIC STAR (P. Trevor) shifted in and GOSHAWK (A. Sandesh) shied away towards the inside, when Jockey P. Trevor struck his mount with the whip, thereby causing interference to the horses on its inside viz; HABANERO (P. S. Chouhan), TREASURE QUEST (S. John) and AUTOMATIC (Neeraj Rawal). After repeatedly viewing the CCTV replay of the race. Jockey P. Trevor the rider of ROMANTIC STAR was fined Rs. 5,000/- for changing course.
The Stewards ordered and held an enquiry into the above incident they examined Jockeys P. Trevor, A. Sandesh, P.S. Chouhan, S. John and Neeraj Rawal on 11th June 2017 after the last race. After repeatedly viewing the CCTV replay of different angle and due deliberations the Stewards decided to concur with the decision of the Stipendiary Stewards and severely cautioned Jockey P. Trevor as to the future riding on his charges that if a repetition of similar manner of riding would entail him for severe disciplinary action in future.
If one looks at the last line of the above report, will the stewards punish P.Trevor severely OR let him go SCOT FREE as usual,being a BLUE EYED BOY of all race clubs' stewards?

If advised to do something wrong jockey has right to approach the stewards, even in the paddock & allow the horse to run on merit. Hardly followed by any jockey. Hence they also are a part of the cartel & need to be criticized & punished as they all do it on our hard earned money.
So this line of- Don't blame jockeys is a wrong approach. If so accepted, then ONLY LUCK can win you at races.

@ Nikhil_chinchwad - You are spot on. Lord Buckingham was not allowed to run on its merit. He was in striking distance and it was just a matter of going ahead smoothly. But Mr. Trevor Patel looked very tired and his body language said it all. He had no interest in riding on Sunday. I suggest that in order to do full justice to a mount the top jockey's should accept riding only 3 horses. It is but natural that full justice cannot be given to all their mounts on a particular day. Comments please.

Dear Pradeep ,
Both the jockey and Trainer should have been suspended atleast for two months.Almost two major mishap would have occured due to Romantic star in its last two starts. After seeing the vedios many times I strongly believe Windsor forest would have won had he not stopped riding after the interference.The same thing happened in Goshawahk race which Romantic won.
My question is in belated debut how dare the trainer had entered in two races within a week without giving any trackwork for the debut.O.K. agreed there are so many instances that a horse won a debut race without any track work.But the trainer should have taken some remedies after the first incident.All the turf club should make mandatory that first run horses must be given atleast three work outs if not gate practice.

It is not winning or losing,The trainer should be punished first then the jockey. What would have happened if the said jockies fell down that too near the winning post.

I heard from Unknown source, that in the last Race, it was scripted, winner was back from 50-1 to 15-1 in the ring in Delhi, I heard one of the punter talking to his friend in DRC. BTC has all the contacts to check on this, at the same time they can start enquiry on riding of Lord Buckingham, which was in full spurt all of a sudden slowed down. All faces of connections had sarcastic happiness on their face after the race,at the cost of Poor punters

If there is intention, this scripted race can be scrutinized and guilty will be punished. but very much doubt this will happen, one more day one more race, punter money goes to drain. No one to care.

It's racing and what we expect may not win always. Do not blame jockeys if we are losing.
Can you define the law of probability ?

Who made money in racing and how much ? Enjoy the game and be happy.

Mad Max wanted to see the Race Day report like few(including myself) before making any comments & here it is, like an ordinary police inquiry thrown at you-
5th Race: 83. The Fillies Championship Stakes(Grade I) - (About) 1600 meters. 3-year-old Indian Fillies(Foaled in 2014) (13 Runners).

Jockey Suraj Narredu, the rider of WINDSOR FOREST, placed 3rd by the judge objected against Jockey P. Trevor, the rider of ROMANTIC STAR, placed 2nd for “In the last 300 Meters ROMANTIC STAR started drifting inside and took my ground, whereby my filly clipped, stumbled and lost considerable ground which cost me a certain second place”. The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the race and interviewed the Jockeys concerned. After deliberations, they decided to overrule the objection.

Jockey Neeraj Rawal, the rider of MANIFOLD was fined Rs.3,000/- for not maintaining a straight course, in the last 200 Meters of the Race.
An enquiry is being held into the non compliance by Trainer Mr. S.Padmanabhan of the directions of the Club's Veterinary Officers pertaining to routine examination of the mouth of his charge ROMANTIC STAR, after the above Race.

Only reiteration- P.Trevor is a BLUE EYED BOY of stewards of all racing clubs in India- RWITC naturally takes the lead now followed by BTC.

S.JOHN DID ALL THE TACTICS TO LOOSE EVEN PLACE BETS.

Romantic Star is a big made (500 kg) horse and was running within a week of winning a maiden race, whereas the winner and 2nd runner up were more experienced on the race track. P.Traver had difficulty in keeping the RS in a straight course as it was hanging in badly. It is true Romantic Star rolled on to Manifold and blocked the narrow gap in between them denying Windsor Forest a clear run, this was accidental, and in no way a deliberate attempt. By the way, Jockeys from Narredu Family deliberately employed this trick to perfection and denied the other horse a clear run. Every time they got away without any punishment. After all P.Trevor's ward was the most inexperienced in the field and it was mere accidental. So the objection over ruled. So I dont think he will be punished for the riding. Wait for the Racing Incidents to be published, and comment thereafter.

Was Lord Buckingham ridden on merit???
Trevor Patel stopped it and let other horse win..

Same thing was with Flicka, Akshay Kumar eased it in last 50 meter that is why aeorospeed was able to pass it.

Question is whether Stewards noticed this or not??
I think they noticed it and turn blind eye..
