Gentlemen,

Hot favourite SHAMAN though a top class horse, was injured from 12th June to
16th June, 2017. ( 4 day's ).

The kind of injury is unknown to the racing public.

Anyone knowing or having any kind of knowledge, kindly respond a s a p.

It ran in a morning track after 18th June in easy going.

Can this injury effect the running of the horse ??????????????

one should never play 3year old running first time in in class 2and that too in his 4th run....
but yesterday shaman was running with ungenuine class 2 horses.

next run of shaman will be top weight in class 2 .... hopefully there will be good genuine class 2 horses.... then it will be difficult for it to win

Shaman, has clocked a class 1 timing over 1400metres(1:26.71) which is almost at par with royal sceptre and magistero who ran on the same day (20.05.17)

Ideally shaman should have been running in the colts trials, but the connections have gone with capo de capi and kolkata contender castle bridge. Hence should bag this supporting event on colts day with ease.

Sadly, seems like the bookies have identified the horse and odds are too low to wager on.

Oh my God ! This is absolutely foolish from the part of SS Attaollahi to enter Shaman in a Class-II race after a maiden win. Even this race is not a trophy race as such, why we should give importance to it? What confidence the trainer has for this act this is simply fooling the public. I will eat the humble pie if it wins.

Gentlemen,
Good Morning.
Reference To The Topic.
Other Than The Injury Reason, Class 2 Will Be Too Early For Him. Having Ran Twice Only, 1st Time Ran 2nd The 2nd Run A Winner.
My Fancy Iz Thomas M. T M Ran With Better Class Horses.

Injury means wound, bruise, cut, gash, tear, slash, gouge, scratch, graze, laceration, abrasion, contusion, lesion, sore, so these are all minor ones, they cure very fast. We should stay away from such 'misleading' things. Important incidents like any horse broken blood vessel during the track works wont be published.

In my opinion THOMAS MORE, Star Cracker, Ophion are the three horses who can win. I don't consider Shaman a worthy contender in this set. Though all the three above are closely matched, my pre race choice is THOMAS MORE. It may change after seeing the paddock parade. However my final choice will emerge from the trio.

SHAMAN ought to lick this opposition from the word go!

From maiden victory to taking a direct entry into Cl-II, speaks volumes about the trainer's confidence in his ward.

Forget about injuries and other negative hypes. That's only to get better odds!

If the injury would have been severe, the trainer wont accept the horse,it i a promising colt,i feel might be a bruise some where on the back, which will not hinder his running.
All the best

Shaman tracked for 1600 mtrs on 19 june.so it cannot be that bad[injury not specified]

A 3 yr old to win in class 2 two is a bit early [Mother is set alight].

I feel Ophion and star cracker should fight it out.

Shaman has beaten just average lot.
