Capo de capi horse winning by over 3 lengths had a change in equipment TS ON....clearly it was not in the reckoning why blame the connections if we have not done our homework

It's a classic case of the DOOSRA...

CAPO did run a good mock race against a week bunch which was won by NEW PRINCE.
Then on the 4th of JUNE there were a total of 4 mock races, both CAPO AND CASTLEBRIDGE did participate but in diff races, the former won by COMMODORE & the latter won by MANIFOLD(FILLIES WINNER LAST WEEK).
If we observe the laters performance vis a vis CAPO'S ( both ridden in the mock races by TREVOR) CASTLEBRIDGE was cruesing in front when MANIFOLD caught up and TREVOR did all he can to not exert too much on CB when we see CAPO in the last 200 meters of the race he was already being whipped about where as APACHE SUNRISE ( Who had gained 14 kilos yest) was seen finishing on easier than CAPO. Now with further new equipment and also the fact it was only it's second race went against CAPO.

Also the only son of BURDEN OF PROOF whose record at BTC is formidable won and to take an exert from MAJORS article ThE LAST TIME A KOLKATA BASED HORSE WON THE COLTS WAS WAY BACK IN 1995 AND THAT TOO WAS TRAINED BY BHARATH SINGH!!!

AS THEY SAY HISTORY DOES REPEAT.
