It looked like Akshaykumar & S.Ganapathy's money was on Whatsthescript. Akshay done one of the dubious riding on Magistero and he does not want to fight Whatsthescript. He extended Magistero when he smelt Fabulous threatened to took over with gigantic strides. He will never learn and he will not win in any classic races. Your opinion please !

Poor Bharath Singh was unhappy the way Castle Bridge was handled and he was helpless to argue with the retained jockey. Instead he was seen complaining to other VIPs in the paddock.

Arjun Mangalorkar was angry towards S.John for his riding on Olympia Fields and he was seen making strong comments and gestures.

China one came from draw 15 to lead till 1150 mtrs should beat this lot to give Parvati her maiden win.

Mygrator was gelded as late as 5 june draw 15 makes it mission impossible.

I am sure the horses in form and with proven record will win on the derby day.

1-9 SEDULOUS - By Tariq will win the maiden race, came flying to finish a good 2nd over 1200m. Extra 200m will suit. Maiden race avoid the favorite horse. Athena is good for SHP.

2-8 MINIVER ROSE - Won very easily leading from the front. My second choice is Tamara won well by 6-1/4L and is a 4yr old, that's why I prefer a 3yr old.

3-5 MEKONG DELTA - By Art Connoisseur was give a run with jockey SA Amit and with Sandesh is back that's a + the horses expected to go close are Watchmyscript and Fabulous.

4-2 TURF TACTICS - It is difficult to pick the right one in this race and many of them has decent chances. I pick TT because of its run prior to the last one where he finished 3rd with timings of 1:38:79. The horses will give a fight to winner are Prize finder and Lamrei.

5-3 MYGRATOR - Come from Mumbai with two runs and a close 6th in Colts championship. Track is excellent too. Will win for sure.

6-10 HOPE IS ETERNAL - By Soldier of Fortune. Lightly raced, just given 3 runs so far and an entry in the derby. The trainer thinks high of her to be in the derby as the breed suggests. This will be the biggest upset of the day. According to the last run of Castlebridge with timings of 1:35 over 1600m, should beat HIE.

7-2 PINYADA - The way it won last time with Amy Merchant suggests that this is going to be a one horse race under PS. This is my days best.

8-11 TIMES TIME - Ran a decent race over 1400m and now going less 200m will be to its liking. The Calcutta horses needs a run here. The Hyd challenger Vallee Sceptre will be there for SHP/Pl.
