1. Four apprentices have accepted to ride in The feature event of the day and I find none of their mounts warrant any support, all of them will finish out on the board |-|, hence ignored Castle Key, Super Success, Ace Badraan and Dream Star.

2. Now we have some of the leading jockeys out there to give a dry, they are, Srinath, Yash Narredu, Prashant P.Dhebe, Neeraj Rawal, S.John, VR Jagadeesh and P.Trevor. Out of these 7, we can delete two horses - Shivalik Story (prefer short sprint races), and Sir Majestic (Jockey limitations as well as recent form of the horse). Now we have left 5 horses Life Awaits, Champagne, Side Winder, Antananarivo and Krieger.

3. LIFE AWAITS won 5 races so far over 1200m (with plain Aluminium shoes on all four legs). Trainer has now opted for HIGH HEELS in both hind legs.Hence it is difficult to understand the necessity of high heels all of a sudden? Even if it is needed on any circumstances, it is feasible to give the horse one run to relish the trip with heels. Since our hard earned money is involved, we cannot wager on such horses on experiment basis hence ignored.

4. Mumbai import CHAMPAGNE has won five races, ranging from 1000m to 1400m, its story is also same as of Life Awaits, opted HIGH HEELS on both hind legs for the first time. For the same reasons (mentioned in para no.3, I want to leave this horse for good for the time being.

5. SIDE WINDER's career graph is down, and the present form is doubtful, hence ignored for a win, however, can be placed.

6. ANTANANARIVO was beaten by KRIEGER in race no. 57 fair and square, and now gets 2 kg to cover 4 lengths, that is difficult, but not impossible.

7. KRIEGER - Won start to finish easily, now promoted and entered in Class-I race, as the trainer knows the horse well Krieger wont carry top weight in Class-II, and that may be the reason he is running here. I fancy KRIEGER to win this race handsomely from ANTANANARIVO.

Atchut has reminded us on June 29th 2016, and his post in HT says P.Trevor is approaching 1000 wins. Mr. Murtazzzzz replied that P.Trevor has completed around 992 wins. I checked P.Trevor's wins thereafter, 7 wins in Bangalore, and 1 win in Mysore thus he completed 1000 wins. Normally all commentators take the opportunity to 'announce 1000 wins' during commentary if a jockey really achieved it. In Trevor's case, BTC commentator not raised the alarm when Trevor won on Power of God. That means he has not yet completed 1000 wins. May be 1 short, or two short. KRIEGER will add one more jewel to his winning streak. Most probably the magic figure 1000, who knows ?
