Confusion On Today;s License At Btc

As I post BTC are not issuing tickets as they have not received licnese from government for conducting today's races. Reason being todays was originally Bangalore which was cancelled and now they have to get off course for Hyderabad. BTC officials are in Vidhan Soudhas hoping they get it on time.

Hyd just announced racing is on in BTC.and off course betting will be there.
