Gentlemen,
Wanted to post this topic a month ago, but never did.
In today's racing, merit racing is seen in 2 or 3 races in a racing day.In addition, one race could be an upset. The remaining races are manipulated or made-up racing, where 2 to 5 connections are involved in wrongful act's. All this to snatch away the money of the racing public.
This is the only intention of connections now-a-day's.
It all started from racing taking place at Mysore.....DEATHBED OF HORSE RACING.
Now, the other club's /connection's are not far behind in doing the same to enrich themselves in the shortest of time.
From Mysore, this disease has spread it's wing's to Kolkatta and Bangalore.
Shortly, we could get attacked at Hyderabad and Pune too.
As punter's,are we only going to write about these connections and their wrong intentions in these coloumn's day-in and day-out ????? This does not effect the connections at all, who know that GODFATHER's are there to take care of them. Right from top officials and connection's all are involved in this dirty game.
Daily we see someone or the other writing about the wrong doing's taking place everywhere.
What else can one do ??????
Nothing, except individually stop attending racing.
Or
is there some other way to address this day-light robbery ?????????

What Dhayananda says is correct. Responsible gambling like responsible drinking is the buzz word nowadays. Not taking the advice is anyone's prerogative. Pick one or at the most two races in a day and play sensibly instead of playing in every race and end up losing big. It is easy to say but difficult to follow. No harm in trying and seeing the result. I have seen some moneybags arrive for a particular race play the horse and leave, if winner collect otherwise go quietly!

If Mysore,Delhi,Chennai races are held on so called "Race courses"then Pune ,Mumbai race courses are held in heaven.
The dirtist of all is offcourse Bangalore.

Neither am I lying nor am grumbling.
Stopped playing for Mysore races since two years, on my own, not forced by anyone.
My write-up was only to highlight the racing public, (of which you and myself also belong ), about the wrong practices at this centre. Punters are loosing their hard earned money, connections there.Intention was to let the public see for themselves the wrong-doings going on in the name of horse racing.
You seem to have very little knowledge about racing. Forgive me for saying so.
Just go for Mysore racing for 3 or 4 meets with lot's of money,and come back and let us know your position.

My suggestion to all race clubs is discontinue place bets for some time.just winning ticket only.even in bookies only winning odds and no place bets.if this s done then all wrong tactics will end.let the clubs try and if it works out well then they can continue.in tote only Tanala,treble and jackpot.no place Shp.

after gst every centre is using this crook methods to loot punters pockets, perhaps a lesson will be when punters stay away from betting,then they will realise they have cut the golden goose

Let us stop telling the punters to bet just one race, two races etc. If 10 people among the punters agree to the wisdom of your statement, there will be 20 more who either willingly or desperately double their bets in that very race.

Well,Well Well.....all said and done......u fellows here in the south have an impression that this mysore centre is not a good centre for punters but mumbai pune and bangalore r better centres for the common punters.....U r absolutely wrong sirs.....High rate of cheating takes place in pune and ofcourse mumbai too.U cannot imagine the way cheating is done at these centres wherin the common punter is always at a heavy loss.Very often u will find the favourite shown at half money for place and the price rising further may go upto 70 or 80 paise......be sure that favourite will not appear in one two three.....why such a thing can happen......yes it happens at rwitc ltd......very often.... u fellows might be visiting pune or mumbai centres as guests and luckily maybe the favourites do oblige that day.....A centree like pune.....a trainer puts his horse for a saturday as well as sunday race.On saturday the horse runs second last in 1400meters....suddenly that same horse wins in a 1200meters race on sunday at 20 to 1.....I am not joking please.....so Pune and Mumbai we have top class owners who can manipulate much better thant mysore owners.....ok.

You could have easily won from race 3 if you have studied the horse statistics of indiarace.com, just look at jockey's performances on that horse and simple mathematics.

A very genuine concern. But one should realize that the so called Sport of Kings (Many refer to it as King of Sports which is absolute misnomer) has never been for the Benefit of punters. Historically people were initially just spectators and the betting business came in much later when they realized that they needed money to run the whole business and cannot rely on the Kings and rich businessmen only. The ultimate trump card is with the punters, viz, money !! Stay away from the course, avoid betting in all races, Go to races which you are comfortable with, viz, Pune, Mum, Bang, Hyd, etc.
Racing takes a lot of study by a punter and by attending all centers 7 days a week and playing all races is a sure-shot way to disaster.
Punters hold the upperhand, I only wish they realize that.

When I came home was simply aghast at the results.
Thank god I skip This center.there is no solution to MYS if you keep going you keep losing.
