Lighting In Pune Betting Ring

Dear RWITC,

It gets very dark in the betting ring due to the crowds. It is hard to read the race card. Can you please switch on the overhead lights? Every bookie stall (4-5 feet above the ground) has their lights on, so you can imagine the need for lights at the ground level.

A humble request you to please keep the overhead lights on. A lot of senior race goers like myself will be grateful to you.

I visited several times to Pune course and had many memories.beautiful location but Admin failed to maintain.40yrs back it was prestigious course in India.today club lost its glory.still I love Pune course coz even if I lose all money defenetiley will makeone in last two races.such is the course.used to enjoy it.

That is a very valid point. Thank you for bringing it up. It does get pretty dark in the betting ring, and the club must switch on the lights for the benefit of race goers. After all, it is a matter of 3-4 lights only.

Hope to see them kept on today.
