1 – Boca Grande – upset chance
2 – Exclusive Striker – running some game races, may be her turn now
3 – Recumbentibus – with top jockey can place
4 – Starlight – twice second in last two runs, can win now
7 – Wild wings – improving with each run, may upset
9 – Limousine – back from Bangalore stint, tracking well, in with a chance

My choice: little tough race, hope (4) Starlight / (1) Boca Grande gets it

2nd Race
2 – Mirfield – winner on promotion, may try again
6 – Juneau – winner and board out, in Bangalore at same distance, can tackle the present lot, good chance
8 – Optimus Commander – impressive winner at OOty, tracking well with same jockey, good chance

My choice: (8) Optimus Commander can tackle (6) Juneau

3rd Race
1 – Dream Catcher – depends on first race, if Wild wings places, will try here
2 – Phenomenal cruise – Good chance to score
3 – Reunion – failed favorite, with this jockey might redeem for that failure
5 – Seveneleven – with a good 3rd this season, very good chance to score now
7 – Zelus – jockey a trier for the stable, can upset
8 – Et Voici – tracking well, may upset

My choice: another tough race, hope (5) Seveneleven gets this one from (2) Phenomenal cruise

4th Race
2 – In Command – with this in-form jockey, good chance in its age group
3 – Forever Bullish – good 5th in last run, with this jockey might put an improved show
5 – Icing on the cake – can upset with this jockey who won on it earlier
7 – Scorpio desire – change in name, trainer & jockey might bring the necessary luck

My choice: (2) In Command / (7) Scorpio Dzire

5th Race
2 – Wonder eye – upset chance with this jockey
3 – Handyman – ran with better horses, good chance in this set
7 – Lavender – good last start winner on promotion, can be a doosra from stable against handyman
8 – Supremo – Youngest in bunch with good in-form jockey, can repeat
9 – Treasure Striker – ran 2nd to Supremo in last run, with jockey repeating, may try to turn the tables on now

My choice: on age (8) Supremo looks good, but (3) Handyman with its experience can make it interesting

6th Race
3 – Asteria – good 4th last time, can win now
5 – Amazing response – last start impressive winner at identical distance, may try again
7 – Creator – back from Bangalore stint, might upset on that experience
8 – Rajneeti – Speedy, with this apprentice can upset in this shorter trip
9 – Top Starchy – very good upset chance with this jockey
12 – Shandaar – good 2nd last time out, can place again

My choice: (3) Asteria & (9) Top Starchy will fight it out

7th Race
1 – Adam – tracking well, had earlier won with this jockey at same ground, sprinters cup winner, good chance
3 – Happy guy – upsets when least expected
5 – Dancing Phoenix – lost to Adam in sprinters, can revenge for that defeat
7 – Smile Stone – never won at Hyderabad, may keep that record
8 – The Healer – local contender
9 – Vijay’s joy – impressive last start winner, with this jockey may try again
11 – Rahul’s pet – has age advantage, if fit and tries start to finish tactics, can upset

My choice: (1) Adam stands tall, but (5) Dancing Phoenix can take revenge & also note (11) Rahul’s pet

8th Race
1 – Celtic Queen – good third in last run, may try
2 – Arc of History – very impressive winner of last start, can defy the penalty to add one more
3 – Top link – with this jockey might try start to finish tactics
5 – Agilis – impressive winner last start, but jockey is ?
7 – So far – running after very long gap, may need this run
11 – Bouncer – very speedy, but aged, can upset

My choice: (2) Arc of History can repeat, but (11) Bouncer, if given the nod can upset

9th Race
1 – Pretty Star – won earlier at same distance with jockey, good 4th last time, chance
4 – Sir Legend – last start winner, have to defy the penalty, may place
5 – Sea Change – upset chance with the jockey
6 – Wine N Dine – good third last time, with this jockey may try
7 – Rainbow blues – last start unexpected winner, may try again
8 – Zenzational – running after an year, good in tracks, may need this run

My choice: (1) Pretty Star each way

Hi All,

1-2 EXCLUSIVE STRIKER - If you observe carefully, trainers do not want to win maiden races, they just want the horse to come on board and then strike at the right time with bigger odds. Now is the same with ES, taken to Bangalore and brought back two 3rd recently, Starlight two 2nd,
Normally I recommend not to play the favorite in maiden races.

2-6 JUNEAU - After winning the first run in Bangalore with TP on board, gave the ride to Naresh Kumar in the second run, why?? As a 3yr old and by Lord Admiral should run well. Check Optimus Commander Ooty import who won by 15L and Akshay on board and Mirfield who won well recently.

3-3 REUNION - Recent 2nd over 1400m. Should be able to beat Seven Eleven.

4-3 FOREVER BULLISH - 0-30 5Ys+, Just one run this season over 1200m which was a lung opener. Should beat this lot.

5-9 TREASURE STRIKER - Came flying from last in the straight to finish 2nd to Supremo by 1L. Supremo was ridden by TP. The 3yr old should beat Handy Man as this will be a lung opener for HM.

6-5 AMAZING RESPONSE - By Lord Shanakill, The way it won easily this season. This will be my DAYS BEST.

7-7 SMILE STONE - A recent 2nd to Multitude in Bangalore carrying 60Kgs is good enough to be in the fighting line. Castle Key can upset.

8-2 ARC OF HISTORY - Won impressively over 1000m 1:00:55 by 5-3/4L and extra 100m is no issue. I don't see any opposition, should win easily.

9-4 SIR LEGEND - 0-30 5Yrs+ In this lower category should be able to repeat easily. Even though the weight is gone up by 6.5Kg. Akshay Kumar is a +
