You are correct. I am sorry I forgot. it is Pyaremiya only ridden by Jockey E.Johnson for the Late Trainer Hyat Mohammed. Afterwards this horse never won in any Race and proved Derby was a coup.
I am very much pleased to find some one like your good self of our good olden Racing days !

Let me correct you regarding Destined Queen win
Destined Queen won the 1000 Guineas ridden by Jockey Purtu Singh and trained by Trainer M.K.Jadav if i am not mistaken the Owners name eas Mr Unnikrishnan rank outsider
Maiden Pyare Miya won the Indian Derby ridden by Jockey E.Johnson and trained Late Trainer Hayat Mohd and the Owner was Mr D P C Kapadia

My dear friends :
some one lost one or two lakhs ( Peti) we have seen sobbings and so many posting here. Let us take a look at the other side of the coin also. Just imagine how the book maker will feel if he is destined to pay 7 Lakhs (6plus 1) Will he sob telling punters have become intelligent. They get inside information and lay heavy betting. Book makers are in peril. No doubt Racing is an evil etc., etc., No never never. They are not fools. While accepting heavy betting he is fully aware how much he must repay if the horse wins ! Either he will hedge betting with his colleagues for safety or simply contact the concerned party to modify the result. They can do any time. If the winner is sure and if they can not do any thing to modify the result they will not accept heavy betting. For your kind information Book Makers employ their own people and give them money to bet infront of the people on wrong horse to mislead the people. So do not beleive by seeing people betting at the stall,. You can identify also whether they are false punter or regular punter.
Due to ignorance if you take heavy betting not only you lose your bet but make other small people money also for having taken bet for the same horse. Because the Book maker would have modified the result.
What you get from the Book maker will not remain with you for a long time it will take its wings and fly away soon. So no point in taking a heavy bet. You need not beleive me and you can test on your own life and tell us the truth.
Play small amount and enjoy Races as a Sport and do not believe in all false hopes.If you enjoy and create happiness within your surrounding life will be much more happy and due to happy environment money will come to you in plenty without your asking not necessarily from Racing.
The above words are not just a bluff or misguide the people but tested in real life.

Sobbing people are coward people all that time brooding about their loss without knowing what to do and finally boast themselves they are all from well to do family. We can drag a horse to a tank but we can never make the horse to drink water says an English Proverb. So these go on sobbing and spread their negative stories even after running out of fear and take oath that they will never come to races and continue to post their stories to all here.
You must face the situation in life boldly like a BRAVE MAN and should not run away like a woman. Make an attempt to learn the trics of the trade and NOT NECSSARILY you must bet in peti and for experimental purpose play a small amount till you gain sufficient experience and master to some extent. Race course will remain intact as long as Sun and moon exists !! These sobbing people always feel it is below their dignity to play small amount !!! Please tell me what can be done. By virtue of friends even with MBA from Bombay University I have entered into Race Course and like all I have also lost initially but did not run away or Mortgaged household jewelry or sold my property etc., Here comes the education.
99% of people come to the Race with false hope and ignorance that they can become a millionaire soon or later from Races. It is an illusion. For the simple fact they do not get a single cent from the Club or Book Maker. They get their own money is recycled. Even if you get a gain the money will take its wings and fly away soon. Due to lack of education or guidance many people do not understand and go for heavy betting and after losing finally blame races !

why you are making everyone fear about racing
if racing is such a demon it may not have survived from so many years
for anyone it takes time to learn tricks from up & downs of any trade
racing is on par with share market strategy
above money TIME is valuable( don't go to races only for time pass as you said)
with proper knowledge & patience you can grow your fund in racing

The horse was never destined for a win after Derby Win !!
Al though I had a fairly good regular income we are not from Peti Betting people group ! I did not lose in lakhs in any single day . Initially since we used to play all races we used to win again lose in the next race. At the end we used to go home with a small amount only. In the whole season calculating Jackpot Treble etc., my loss would have gone to about 70,000 initially. But fortunately a Sindhi Gentleman at Mahalakshmi seeing my plight took me as an Apprentice ! I have to give him all the money I have and I should not bet on my own and watch him how he plays and how he observes the Hands of Book Makers changing odds !
At the end he will give me double the money I gave to him. So at the end I will not go home as a loser. I spent one full season with him. Later he went to London and opened a Grocery Shop there ! Later after 5 years I also visited London and stayed at YMCA with Bed & Breakfast module and visited my friend and surprised him. Hall kaisa hai jee he asked. He took me to Epsom and we won a Race also Arab Prince - Horse owned by Dubai Ruler Al Makdum !
I learnt most of the Races are not run in a honest way and stopped all calculation business followed ONLY BYRAMJEE and MAM Horses . Slowly and steadily recovered my earlier loss and even though I can afford but never exceeded my limit as a matter of principle. Fortunately for us we were having good Jockeys like Shinde Jagdish Aslam Khader and Prakash Those days they were all dependable Jockeys. It is true some time they have also pulled out of pressure but then they will again win soon. So loss could be recovered. Today no not possible. Things have gone to worst stage.

My posting is meant for NEW COMERS and not seasoned punters. If we try to understand the whole concept really things will take different shape. People ruin themselves due to ignorance and not having any one for guidance or to control within their circle with wrong hope

I think everyone knows about this,there is nothing new, but still we go and play races and volume of the bet depends on financial condition of the punters,its all about how do you manage your limited capital, select 2 to 3 races and play unique bets, don't put all your money on one horse

Few years back I was at the counter taking tickets, one person behind me was asking me what you like today. I mentioned to him what I prefer, he said he is come to buy just jackpot, tanala, treble etc etc.. and believe me he mentioned to me that he had lost 7 houses in last 10-15 years of racing and now he still comes and have these petty bets. Still we don't learn listening to such stories. Guys play safe and within limits.
Long time Appu was riding a horse called Magic in Hyderabad, as soon as the race started everybody watching keenly and suddenly one fellow shouted on top of his voice Appuuuuuuu the person next to him said chup abhi to race start hui and believe me Appu took Magic pillar to post and It was so hilarious, fortunately I had a bet of 10K at 6/1 on it.
Absolutely no one will become a millionaire, but it is fun and excitement at the same time. Again enjoy and play safe.
