they should introduce cash cards too valid for all racing centres
big punters however will continue playing with bookies and unofficial bookies
clubs should keep trying the govt to reduce the gst and vouch for bigger collections which will definitely increase
One Nation One tote would be difficult as every club has different collections and would be unfair to the racing centres

there is a huge collections in place bettings so abolishing it wont be possible

From the time thp has been introduced, there is no point having place betting.
Place betting should be totally abolished. Because a punter wanted to play place, can buy all the 3 pools and the result will be the same. But the difference is payouts could be sometimes thrilling also.
