The HRC displays the probable win/place/shp dividend. The same is up dated every 30 seconds. If immediately before the start of the race, the win payout being displayed is 100/80/70 etc but dropped to 48 when the dividends were declared, then you have some ground to doubt the integrity of the club.

If you have a very strong doubt that there is some gol maal at HRC tote, then the only approach/remedy available to you is to abandon the tote altogether and instead do all business with the bookies. You will be assured of what you will get if and when your selection wins.

I have no soft corner to the stewards/supervisors of any turf club or the computer in charge of any turf club. They have sold their soul to the bookies. But, we should not be making any baseless allegations. However shockingly low dividend it may be when compared to the other centers, that can never be taken as proof of system being hacked to the disadvantage of the punters.

GST rates are high. If the tote dividend are low, it is because a good number of punters have stopped betting at tote, and sales nosedived. Even from those who are still loyal to the tote, there is much higher number who are betting on the right horse.

28% GST + HRC Commission is one of the reasons for less dividends. I don't know why even after 2months Race clubs across India does not understand wether GST Should be deducted on Clubs commission or turnover right now they are deducting from turnover from every race. GST is the main reasons that punters are suffering the most.

When you believe that their is mother computer or father computer like stuff. Why you are wasting your time and money.

You have received fair dividend because its backed from 8 to 7 in betting ring

All the tote are the same an inside report is that the mother computer is on in every center weather it is win, shp, pl, quinala, forcast, tanala or its jp the tickets of the same comes out as per instructions. The combination which do not happen they get canceled after the dividend paid. In this case they are benefit in two ways money from canceled tickets and the winner tickets. We are only a pone on there hands.

Why blame HRC only?
In the Tutakhamun race it was constantly showed on all CCTVS, that ALL FOUR HORSES WERE 'MONEY RETURN' in place. Surprisingly in my entire life I have seen such a scenario first time. Why the Club running such races?

They may not be able to manipulate computer but themselves could have punched more tickets for themselves. Previously atr chennai alsoi the same problem. As a result Tote completely ignored in chennai at MRC

Hyd authorities are manipulating the computers.

These no good computers also reduce the amount even at the prize distribution stage of that particular race. Are these computers or are they auto-rickshaw meters ?????

Fidgeting with the computers is the order of the day at this center.

Racing public is so much engrossed that they fail to notice all these illegal wrongful activities of the club.

Never play at the tote at this center. It's daylight robbery.
