The Sea Ruler Plate is the Class-II (highest class today) hence I pick this race for analysis.
If you take Race No. 224 (M), Allora is clearly comes good on weight today. However Allora has no race run thereafter, whereas Governor General ran a good race this season, hence he is preferred on improvement. LADISLAUS does not come into picture. The most hiding horse in this race is 5 year old mare CHARGING TIGRESS, at this weight it can upset the best here.
