If you have posted by mistake and made a real attempt to the concerned thread and by oversight or to post to avoid the cut-off timing , Yes, Applying the Principles of Natural Justice , the said can be taken on record as valid provided that atleast one RDJ for the day should give his/her assent to such entries to fulfill the process/procedure for validating such postings.
But what is the case on this issue of VV ...Iam not clear...Did he post in wrong thread.
If yes, GG you can and you have every right, as one of the RDJ to take a call on this.

Dear ISR.Normally I never play shp in real races.But after the GST fiasco in hyd place returns virtually nil.eg.2nd race Amaravathi payed 11 rs place it was in the eigth position out of 10 horses in the display board.Now it is time to think playing shp.Congrats for ur brave nomination.
