MARINA DEL REY, DESERT MOON, ARC OF HISTORY, PROUD WARRIOR & TAKSIHA

1. MARINA DEL REY: In race No.1, ran with BOTH FORE HIGH HEELS, next run in R.86 ran with ALL FOUR HIGH HEELS and won. What is the weight of two hind high heels any one knows? anyway MDR relishes it and the numbers are with it hence we have no problem, a contender for runner-up berth.

2. DESERT MOON: Poor run in R.35, in subsequent run no improvement, hence ignored.

3. ARC OF HISTORY: Better than Desert Moon, shade less than Marina Del Rey, cannot win, you can fancy for a place if the trainer give the nod.

4. SWEETIE PIE: Speediest animal in the field. This chestnut filly of Burden of Proof has the best speed figures, since the distance is only 1000m, a level start make her in front and and say to the field "catch me if you can" !

5. PROUD WARRIOR: Few educative runs, can be placed at longer odds.

8. TAKISHA: Poor animal would have been a legitimate winner had Deepshankar not pulled her for greed. Deep shankar was suspended suspended for the offence. Here no chance at all.

R.6> THE NAWAB KHAJA MOINUDDIN KHAN MEMORIALCUP:

ETERNAL ANGEL, CELTIC QUEEN, WRRIOR SUPREME & RAGAS AJALIAS.

1. ETERNAL ANGEL:
EA has oodles of class. Ran with Warrior Prince in Race No.2 and beaten WP by 1-1/2 length. Today WP is slightly better than EA in speed figures basis that run. Thereafter Eternal Anel finished 2nd to Mahateji and lost by 3-3/4 lengths and incurred 2-1/2 Kgs penalty (Official Handicapper should note this type of penalty will not help). Mahateji is a good horse, now rated 56 and any horse finished second to him cannot be ignored.

5. RAGAS AJALIAS: This 4 year old is running with good speed figures, can trouble the best here.

8. CELTIC QUEEN: Won two races in Winter with Aluminium plates on all four legs, now this season running BARE HIND LEGS without success. Hence ignored. May try for a place.

9. WARRIOR SUPREME: Same connections of Eternal Angel. Last three runs were runner-ups. Speed figures are with him. Now running -100 mtrs less, should make it DOUBLE FOR M.SRINIVASA REDDY.

RACE NO.4> THE PERCEIVED VALUE CUP DIV-1
There are three horses in the fray with real chance and they are
SOUTHERN PROMISE, CLARISA & SWEET PISTOL. Rest eliminated, including NEW STATE, which got a race because Takisha was pulled last time out.

1. SOUTHERN PROMISE
SOUTHERN PROMISE & CLARISA both ran in R.No.150 in Winter and finished 2nd and 4th respectively, but former was disqualified for drug positive. Thereafter Southern Promise - the Multinational filly came back this season and won over a short sprint and advertised her fitness. Now going extra 400 m. and the distance is well within her ability, however CLARISA is the main thorn.

3. CLARISA
Conqueror of Amorous White. AW won two races thereafter and present rating is 71. Clarisa was fair 4th in R.No.150 where SP finished ahead, but today both are on equal terms and speed figures. Suraj Narredu can expect a real fight from Shailesh Shinde, and I hope Shailesh has a real upsetting chance.

5. SWEET PISTOL:
3rd Place is wide open in this race, SP may try to grab it at longer odds.

3-CLARISA-WIN/SHP (Take it as Chance Bet)
