Hi All,
1-14 SPECTRE - By Burden of Proff, Ran 3rd over 1100m in a no whip race and Desert Gold was a close 7th. Extra 100m should suit both. Not much to choose between the two. My preference is 14.
2-2 SPOT LIGHT - Even though missed the break and lost few lengths, came very strongly to finish a good 2nd over 1200m. Extra 200m to its advantage. 9 Golden Success is good for SHP/Place.
3-4 BRUNESCO - Running after a good 2nd in Bangalore, has weight advantage of an apprentice. Perfect Queen to come close.
4-2 PIKACHU - Recent 2nd over 1400m, an extra 200m should suit. Good at longer distance. Should come out of the maiden tag today. 5 Alverez by Burden of Proff should come close.
5-2 CLASS ABOVE - Very consistent in last 4 runs, a recent 2nd over 1400m. Now with apprentice on board has an advantage. 6 Steinlight who won a maiden should fill up the placings in this class.
6-1 LET THE LION ROAR - Very Versatile running from 1400-3000m, a good 2nd with an apprentice. I am sure has the credentials to beat a youngster Apache Sunrise.
7-2 SHAN BEN AARI - Ran a close 4th over 1600m with an apprentice, under SJohn guidance has the potential to beat 1 Justice Angel.
8-14 GREEN MEADOW - Ran well with the same jockey over 1400m to finish a close 3rd. 12 Surf Romance might need a run here.
GOOD BETS: PIKACHU - CLASS ABOVE - SHAN BEN AARI

Yesterday I posted a very lucrative Double and hope people played same.
Today is a very bad card apart from the 6th and 7th races. My analysis are:
Race 6 - LTLR - best placed, highest rated, ran with better company, rider switched showing confidence, working very well and up to 3/10.
Fabulous - last worked on 23/9 with Apprentice 12 days ago, no swimming since. Magistero has not worked since last run nor swam. Apache Sunrise - only 3year old in race, last worked with Srinath on 21/9 impressively, 14 days ago with no swimming or easy work since. Beat Micheala, Pallas who haven't won since - Can Win but where will he go after this win in Class 1 with 56Kgs - to the Top of Class 1 with a bleak future for 1 year. OVERALL, LET THE LION ROAR IS THE WINNER!
Race 7 - Justice Angel - carrying top weight with full jockey showing confidence after impressive last run against Moon Dancer where stumbled at 700m. Working brilliantly since. Shan Ben Aari better placed than JA but has not worked since last run only done swimming from 16/9 to 24/9 and appears to be unwell. Top Striker is well placed but last few runs doesn't suggest anything apart from decent work against a 5B horse. Perfect Legacy has also worked well and is well handicapped but will have to improve vastly to win.
JUSTICE ANGEL STANDS OUT IN THE LOT.
I also like Senegal in the 2nd. Perfect Queen in the 3rd and Declaration of Love in the 4th. ALL THE BEST. And Fabulous will come 2nd, Class Above E/W.

Here are my short selections today -
@1.15 The Mandya Plate Div-2, Race is between Shivalik Boy and Desert Gold; Could
be a close fight, I would go with SHIVALIK BOY.
@1.45 The Coorg Plate Div-2, Spot Light CANNOT get beat. Aerospeed can run close
to it.
@2.20 The Mandya Plate Div-1, Extremelydangerous is danger to all. I would
suggest to go with strong place on Extremelydangerous. Can upset too.
@2.55 The Jayanagara Plate, Raw Gold is One Horse Race. Go for a kill.
@3.30 The W.T.Craig-Jones Memorial Trophy, nothing to comment...have snacks.
@4.05 The Dr.M.A.M.Ramaswamy Trophy - Toughest race of the day and interesting
race too...if ridden well by TS, Let The Lion Roar is tough to beat.
Close fight between Magistero and Apache for SHP.
@4.40 The Urs Kar Cup, it is hard to believe that Justice Angel is half money
favorite according to IR odds. EAT it all you can. No JUSTICE. I like
Perfect Legacy to win this race.
@5.15 The Coorg Plate Div-1, Surf Romance is a true 40p favorite, a race to
watch and enjoy.

Very confusing with 2nd and 8th races are confined to Mysore based horses as per BOL card, but they themselves have given Bangalore based horses in their selection and they are much superior too, whereas in 5th race all the contenders are Mysore based

(13) Desert Gold from (12) Red Admiral
2nd Race
(2) Spot light from (3) Aero Speed
3rd Race
(12) Aleef or (4) Brunesco can upset (5) Perfect Queen, also note (3) Passing Fancy for a coup
4th Race
(3) Raw Gold looks good here, but an upset in the form of (8) Intrepid Warrior can’t be ruled out
5th Race
(8) Albatross or (2) Class above can take care of (6) Steinlight
6th Race
(3) Magistero will try to keep the trophy in it’s owners name from (4) Apache Sunrise
7th Race
Looks like most open race in the card with many contenders having good chance, I prefer either (6) Top Striker or (12) Sterling Role to lift the cup
8th Race
(12) Surf Romance looks good to score, but expecting a gamble on (13) Travelyaan or (4) Good Earth

It can never be considered a sitter.
