Either Govt nor BTC stand not good my intention minimum 10 members of good knowledge and wellexperiance punters should get club membership it quit possible to run fair racing if punters want fair racing stewards should very strict against Jockies this one is the main key for fair racing at present racess running according to

Most BTC Members who have decisive clout are from places like chickmagalur and coorg.Only some of them own horses and rest of them have no investments at risk in BTC. So racing goes on or not they remain unaffected. Also they have to think about being bulldozed by different govts and politicians in future bringing similar demands. Hence once in the past they preferred to shut down than yield to govt pressure.Similar stand is this time strong possibility and they think license is automatic if tax collection becomes important to the govt!.

According to my source govt is in no mood to bow to BTC wishes(offers they say).
BTC officials has to call a general body meeting before 31st October and take a call soon or it's going to be government's call,so I guess they may have to finally bow down before govt and this might take some time.so I expect racing activities at BTC might not start before November.

Off course Betting is off the agenda, there are much more serious issues for BTC to handle, the number of Horses Trainers syce and owners are left high and dry only a few have taken their horses to other centers, we have to wait until they find a resolution to the request for 50 memberships for government nominees. and as long as the two parties are going head to head not to mention the pending CID report. let's not be too anxious for immediate Results.

There is absolutely no chance for Bangalore races and IVB to resume in the near future because of inefficiency.If BTC delay negotiation with GOVt, the govt may take over the race course and convert as a beautiful park. Let me request BTC chairman and committee members take speedy action to maintain the Glory of Bangalore race course.

so banglore winter season might not start on time or wont start
