@ Mad Max,
Glad that I could provide information by which you could establish consistency of Timings.Now I have a query
Wild Heart ran in RNO 179 in 1-30 Class carrying 58Kg after deducting 1.5Kg Jockey Allowance
Next day in 26-46 class 54Kg again after deducting
Jockey Allowance of same 1.5Kg
Now my query is Did you take 58Kg of RNO 179 as equal to 48Kg in higher class ignoring Jockey Allowance in both cases OR
Did you compute Timing of RNO 179 at 54KG carried in RNO 194.
My observation is though Class to Class difference is 10Kg the Timings of 2 adjacent classes do not reflect a drop of 10Kgs.
If we adjust the Weights to the standard scale RNO 179 is actually 64KG without Jockey Allowance and RNO 194 is 57.5KG
Can you explain how consistency is arrived at.
Thanks.

@ Sun
Thank you very much !
Before the race (178) it was 5.53 cm, but during second race (179) there was showers so the PMR should have been increased to 5.70 cm, and I get the correct timings for Wild Heart now vis a vis its latest run on day before yesterday.

@Mad Max,
On HRC web site Results page there is a Cloud symbol on the top line.If you click on that you will get both PNR and FRs info.You can also go to Performance of the horse by clicking on Name and towards extreme right before Video there is PNR.
My personal feeling is the PNR readings are correct but horses run inconsistently sometimes like a stroll in the park.
Thanks.

DEAR MAD MAX

What our friend SUN mentioning about PMR IS CORRECT. I too mentioned in my selections thread on both race days.May be you didnt noticed. I got it from HRC WEB SITE before going to the race course.

I think it may be available one hour before the first race starts. Both track condition and pmr will be given each day. Tomorrow i will try to post about both.

HAVE A GREAT DAY AND WISHING YOU A HAPPY DIWALI.

@ Sun
I am following BOL Race Book, and they are showing it as 3.7 against Race Nos.178 and 179 on 8.10.17 as there were only two races on that day rest cancelled. Even Bolrace.com RESULTS page also showing same 3.7 pm. (Race No.180 to 183 cancelled due to heavy rain).

Since I rely BOL results for so many years (Our great site ignore Penetrometer readings). I also checked HRC web site where I was unable to find the PM information. See that particular race results below:

www.hydraces.com/hrc-results-new.php?dt=MjAxNy0xMC0wOA==

I am surprised to note you could trace the PM readings on that day on their website as 5.53....? Can you give the URL of the site...?

@Mad Max
For 8th October the PNR is 5.53 as published on HRC web site.From where you are reading 3.7.For those 2 races of 8th October the Timings are better ignored.

@Mad Max,
The main reason for such glaring discrepancies in Timings is the poor competition at this centre coupled with very benign handing over of Penalties to Winners.In the beginning of the season the penalty to Winner was as low as 5RPs and even in such a scenario these horses never lived up to their Ratings at other centres.Here it is common for a horse to score encore or sometimes 3 in a row.Presently we are little better off as they discontinued Terms Races in Category 1 and 2.Now we have to cope with Sweep Stakes races which are little better for Analysis.Inspite of all this some people praise this centre as very good???

@ Sun

That was a blunder from the Official Handicapper. He mistakenly deducted 20 rating points at the start of the season, whereas it should have been 10 rating points. After two or three meetings he hiked 10 rating points again to all. Such "Befkoofi" I have not seen anywhere in the world ! Due to this folly initially few horses registered their win prematurely. However after that the handicapper technically solved this by increasing the rating points by 10.

Sun, there is some other serious problems with the track. Because except at Malakpet track, in all other tracks in India where horses take 0.16/100 seconds to travel a 'length'. At Malakpet, it is anywhere between 0.18/100 to 0.21/100. I dont understand how it happens. Sometime Class-2 horses take 0.20/100 seconds Class-IV horses take 0.18/100 seconds, Class-I horses take 0.19/100 seconds. And this is also not constant changes often. More than that they have started manipulating Penetro Metre readings also like other race clubs. For instance you can check today race card 2-6 Wild Heart, last run on 08.10.2017 they published PM as 3.7 cm. In reality it is impossible in monsoon to find such PM readings. The correct PM on that day should have been around 5 cm.

Dear All,
At Hyderabad all calculations go for a toss because there has been abnormal changes in Ratings resulting in Handicaps of horses changing like no ones business.Analysis by Ratings OR Timings goes astray.Just for example Green Image after 2 nd March was at 74 and in its first race on 13th July its Rating was 54 a drop of 20 RPs and then after few days of Monsoon Ratings went by 10RPs.Timings also vary because the horse is same but in 2 races the Weights change.
