Thanks Sportyy, Svkraju and guys for the appreciation - I was only passing on my experience and knowledge of 47 years of Racing.
To the best of my knowledge, POW is a one-pace animal, lacks Acceleration and will not win any sprint races in near future. Maybe at mid distances when she runs with the Pace. I could be wrong but it appears so from her style of running.
Its a pity I could not post my Selection yesterday as I had many Winners - the last 3 were thumping.

when dharmesh gives it as a good bet i rarely go against it coz
8 out 10 times it usually comes

In racing terms you may be correct. Sometime it happens when we are typing online messages mistakes creep in. There is no time to check grammar mistakes, construction of sentences, past tense, past participle, propositions, etc. For me the importance is participate in Horse Talk for which I find time in between office works.
At BTC and MyRC they have "Winter & Summer Races". Winter races are conducted from November to March. At HRC they conduct WINTER (November to March) and Monsoon (November to October). Five months Winter races are spread in two years. Race No. 205 in Winter 2016-17 and R.No. 205 in Monsoon 2017 should have been apt. Isn't it ? Corrected. Thank you.

When a horse wins everything falls in place but when a horse loses there can be any of the 50 standard reasons
You can take the benchmark of Jerry Willdo explaination in this thread as one of the reasons for its loss as technically ..
For me POW lost genuinely as in failed to get up coming back to sprint .
To all the guys who played POW
Take this loss with a pinch of salt and hope to recover it soon in its next run of 1100metres

I expected race between VS & POW but never thought POW will run such a bad race. I can only say vallee sceptre won well giving weights all around and if placed judiciously on promotion she will win again.

When two horses of same age and sex competing in a race (Vallee Sceptre and Palace on Wheels) especially one is the top weighted and the other is the bottom weighted, elders say bottom weighted horse is better because top weighted horse cannot concede weight and win against same sex and same age horse. I like a bottom weighted 4 year old horse upset this race. If I had a chance to bet.. I will take a chance either on Symbol of Gold or Royal Dynamite. Most Probably Symbol of Gold !!

Any decrease in the DISTANCE will benefit to both "VALLE SCEPTURE" As Well As "PALACE OF THE WHEELS" irrespective of any handicap weight. The one who stays this sharp distance will win the race.

This is a 1000mts race,so horse's with intial speed should be preferred.in my view composure, symbol of gold and palace on wheels have good intial speed and the winner should be among these 3 horses.palace on wheels is always up with the pace,being a youngster should easily win this race.for vallee sceptre distance might be little sharp,for me it might fly in the end to recover place money but win looks difficult and I don't fancy Asteria to place,so palace on wheels for me a clear winner.

The second spot is for ASTERIA. Third can be filled by either VALLEE SCEPTRE or ROYAL DYNAMITE.

Seemingly, the most puzzling race of the day!
Not easy to pinpoint the winner, as there are at least 4 serious contenders.
PALACE ON WHEELS, VALLEE SCEPTRE, ASTERIA & COMPOSURE. It could be anybody's race. Perhaps, the Palace has a slender advantage..but only just!
Not a betting race....in fat, I have covered all the four in my JP.

Pedigree wise, vallee,Sceptre is better than POW,the doubt is whether it can give 5kg. Hence,VS and POW may fight it out with a slight edge to VS.
I am a little wary of having a different view than Dharmesh,but the intent of this thread is served.

Dear All,
Of all the entries of SSF Hassan, Akshay Kumar is only on VS. VS should be the winner. My next best is Royal Dynamite( provided the apprentice gives a proper ride followed by ASTERIA. If RD fails then POW comes into the picture.

To my mind, horses going from Sprints to Mid Distances and coming back to Sprints seldom win first up but can win on second or 3rd attempt provided they're trained accordingly - the training methods are totally different and POW work doesn't suggest that for her last good spurt was on 29/9. Thereafter, she's been prepped for Mid Distances and performed considerably last start.
So, I believe, the race is strictly between #1 who has run with better company, was boxed in last up and #2 whose Trainer has now switched to a Top Rider as he feels that the horse needs better handling after last win with App.
#3 is the Joker in the pack and can spring a surprise.
Timing matters, but seldom performs as a Yardstick in Racing otherwise, everyone can easily calculate winners!!!

Dharmesh is analysing a race after a very long time.He must be very confident about " palace on wheels "for some reason. Wish I could play a huge sum on it.
But being out of station and having decided to skip Hyd races will not be able to play. Good luck to those who want to play.

See the last run of Vallee Spectre.Jockey gets into the rails and than complains,he had a wall of horses ,what else did he expect? so a yes is needed from the trainer for this horse to win.It was the fastest moving horse.
Asteria is better than POW and if V.S not tried should win
