Treatment History Page For Kolkata.

Something New and for Kolkata races only!! Although Welcome, it has been misleading us punters as Rufus decimates field with expanding Price while Sana with same problems went down as 1/2 money favourite a week before. Both Trained by Bharat Singh whose other horses are also infected but win or loose at will??

Other Centers will follow suit and this is a New Tool to Fool, so beware!!

Coming to the Problems - Kissing Spine is a minor issue does not need much Medication only Rest. Urticaria is an Allergy. Guttural Pouch Infection is also minor but the Respiratory Track Infection is the most serious, need 6 days of Medication and 8/9 days of Rest. Other problems are self explanatory and need our own judgement while assessing. Horses running with problems can run inconsistently so be advised to refrain from backing them or pay the Price for Naivety - let them win as they may also loose with a good excuse.

My experience tells me to Watch the Paddock looks, if coat is perfect, gait and trot correct, if in calculation and if in colour, irrespective of Problems, go for it as these Wily Trainers just try to pull another fast one on us.

See the verdict of both horses rufous is winning by 5 lengths and sana is loose by 1 lengths and second excuse is sana travels from banglore to kolkatta and rufus is on no panelty after monsoon.

Jerry writes that the coat represents the inner well being of horses. True.

But, now a day's,punters know very well, that the connections apply oil on the horses to give a good shine, before bringing them to the paddock, to fool them.
Hence, this angle has to be viewed carefully.

@ Jerry

Read Epsom report. NO PENALTY for RUFUS after monsoon colts trial win. He won for that reason.

Kissing Spine is a minor issue does not need much Medication only Rest @ Jerry Willdo who said its a minor issue and how can you say looking in the paddock it is suffering from it it is a very major issue wouldnt want to go in detail of it...also with other ailments you have mentioned except URTICARIA you can say by looking in the paddock but other issues you have mentioned you cant... if you can then you have an eye sight of a X-Ray machine... please do not mislead ppl. .... Nowhere in the world can anyone say if it has all these problems by looking at the horse in the paddock even Best veterinary cant... please refrain from such comments...if you observe then you could be an asset to the trainers and clubs if not in India but somewhere in the World.

Regards,
TO your dumb comments.

@svkraju, Coat represents the Inner Well Being of the Horse. If the Horse is nice and shiny, he/she is fit, well and happy. However, too much shine or sweating could mean distress or nervousness and sometimes they are bathed and brought to the paddock to confuse us.
Dryness on the other hand means problems or some disturbance as the animals being dumb cannot express themselves and will not be able perform up to expectations.
(Some animals born in Colder Places during Winter will display preferences for Winter Climes, will remain Dry during Summer, need Air Conditioned Stables and perform better during the Winter Season.)
Gait is the Walking style. Some are on their toes and prance around others calm yet fit and some unruly jump around. All have different temperaments and you will notice the bad ones taken to the Stalls early.
Having said all that, the Paddock is not a Fashion Show where the best looking Wins. Ultimately, its the one with the best credentials, ability, background and potential that will win If the Intentions are there!! Others are there just to fill in the Spaces of the Race Card.
Cheers.

Very well written, Mr Willdo.

Do come often bringing such information, by which punters could learn a little about the trainers wrong intentions.
