I don’t know you people know there is one Captain L. Panduranga Reddy (Retd), who is the President of “Voice of Horse Race Wagers Association” based at Hyderabad. When GST taken its toll on horse racing he said “State Lotteries are taxed 12 per cent, but Horse Racing – a Game of Skill but does not involve betting is taxed 28%. I don’t understand under what pretext he said horse racing does not involve betting. Horse racing is a pure Gamblers game. Whoever heading an Association should know all important points, otherwise no scope for such associations. If anyone, see the greed of money, he should visit the race course rings and tote counters to see the money flowing there. This is the money the connections want, say from Track Labours to Syces to Horse Handlers to Jamadar to Jockeys to Racing Managers to Owners, to Staff of the Clubs to ordinary Members of the Club to Committee Members to Chairman – everyone wants easy money. That easy money we punters are bringing into the game. Sadly we have no Association.

You were doing a good job and HRC Chairman was fully supporting you, there is no news about you, is there any update from your side? I think Captain L.Panduranga Reddy (Retd) and Veda are same person, or else correct me !

I still remember you come out with a suggestion to file a PIL in Court. You commented on January 02, 2017 in Horse Talk “if cricket board can be taken to task which is not as dirty as the race course managements, then why cant these crooks be taught a lesson>The daily reports are the proof that hooking is being done every now and then”. Then tell me what you have done so far on that front. You are expert in TAUNTING others, especially me in Horse Talk, doesn’t matter, foolishness is not a sin, continue graciously what you are doing.

I remember, you have posted a detailed plan in Horse Talk on July 07, 2016, to form a “PUNTER COMMUNITY UNION” that ought to have changed the COLOUR of THE GAME. What happened then, in spite of having so many horse talkers supporting you, you suddenly vanished. The following persons were supported you at that time before you vanished in the thin air, and none of your supporters raised a finger where you vanished, some of them are still available in Horse Talk, say – Ayyarnet, Ram Iyer, Stop Fooling Punter, Bobby, Businessman, Madmax, Smr, Hunter, The Doc, Kimoro, Bunny, MCG, Mahesh Kodad.

Conclusion:
It shows just writing, suggesting or proposing something here, or send supporting letters in two lines does not give any guarantee that all will remain and loyal to such an association, hence I am also afraid of taking such an initiative.

The same idea of forming a Punters Association was putforward by me here 3 years agao. I have cited that even Syces have their own association apart from Trainers, Jockeys and owners have their own association. Every one laughed at me stating that I am in fantasy mood. I have said here we must make a Group visit to Epsom Derby also with like minded members. I have even suggested Dr.Nath to take the Chairmanship of the Association.

Now every one feels a necessity to have our own association.

As far as I know, there is no PA exist. If at all it is started it can be only with IRC team, because we see comments from many persons with knowledge.

I propose Mr. Madmax, because he is having good knowledge and other aspects also.
