Just observe the hyderabad tote before the race start, and keep on observing the tote while the race is on. You will see wonders in the tote board. Today i plaid in the 2nd race horse no.5 Gracious place forRs.500/- and observed just after the race was started shows Rs.8 for place.And the horse was lying last. Till 400mtrs it was on the last and was no change in the board. From 400 Mtrs started galloping and then the board shows Rs.7/- Last hundred mtrs took lead and won well. Surprisingly board shows after the race as 6/- Place. Finally the devidend was 5/- Due to one horse withdrawn. The stewards are simply sleeping in the AC rooms. Whenever the presentation ceremony is there appearing all for group photos. God only can save the punters.

This is very old trick played by all race clubs in India apart from other cheating activities which is happening unhindered for years.

Feel sorry for tote players.Really they are being taken for a ride.
Catch hold of good bookie , develop their faith and play in thousands ,loose thousands or gain thousands. Why play tote? If you are literate enough to write here tote is not for you.
It's for auto drivers and jatka riders at Mysore or cart pullers at Kolkata.

This was my question in reply to the post. As laxman has stated that the final div. was Rs. 5 only, so if this manipulation was done, the manipulator would have gained nothing.
You stay in Goa, but are so sure about hyd. It bascially confirms your status. you can come out in open. Nobody is going to question your identity.

Mr.Veda, who raises the punters cause with the Club Authorities, should bring this blatant fraud by the computer professionals at HRC to the Chairman and put an end to this manipulation before somebody complains to the police, which will tarnish the image of the governing body.

After GST the dividends have touched rock bottom in Hyd .Place dividends have touched single digits Earlier we used to get 80% of Bang dividends.
If just before race starts a very big amount on place is put on the 1st or 2nd fav then you are bound to get less place on those horses after results are out.The adjusted amounts will show up on the screens just as the race starts..
If you still have doubts then go for bookie ring place.

BTC tote was by far the worst manipulator in recent times. More than once i have seen top 3 horses showing moneyback as place dividend. How does one explain this in context of BTC's new rule of distributing more money as dividend on well backed horses??
It should be a case study of how to bury a 2000 crore cash vending machine into a cropper.

I have been writting about this FRAUD by the HRC since the last two years. At times, the odds on tote even change near about the presentation time. And the world say's that a computer can do millions or billions operations in a second.
Moneyed punters and others who are in-experienced just watch the race shouting their lungs out, and do not see the crookedity taking place by the club on the TV monitors. It's another wrongful and cheating act of the club.
Another wrongful act of HYD and Mysore club is that they enter horses which they plan to withdraw just a minute before race commences. Justified withdrawals are accepted by race goer's, but this wilful entering of horses just to withdraw before race starts is nothing but simply crooked plans between the clubs and the connections. In this way, usually 25% is deducted from place dividents, at bookies. In this manner, the clubs make a killing in lakhs per race, all in the name of withdrawals. These withdrawn horses are such that they cannot come in the first five places too.
Cheating at HRC is taking place in many other ways too.

Server Administrator can able to do cheating while race is running with one or few cashier's windows. The trick is Server admin punch the tickets from server PC for particular cashier machine. The tickets will not come out of machine until cashier's relogin again for next race. Than the tickets came out automatic from cashier's machine, Cashier cash the ticket's and distributes between Server Admin and head cashier/accountant and himself. FBI arrested some of cashier's in USA race tracks. If race track cashier's able to cheat in USA and they will able to cheat very easily in INDIA. Because we have bribe every were in INDIA.

The NAYSAYERS should use your smartphone and take the photo of CCTV monitors displaying odds immediately on freezing the computers at the start. I dont understand when the fluctuation of odds is clearly visible even after the race is started, without checking the cctv monitors, why these guys helping the erring clubs? ALL SOFTWARE PROGRAMMES ARE HUMAN MADE AND IT CAN BE REWRITTEN TO SUIT ONE'S TASTE. The probable dividends depend - Total investments AND The number of tickets PUNCHED BY contestants. As these factors are known at any instant of time the probable dividends displayed shall be Accurate. But you all know BTC has re-written their tote software programmes to give more dividends to the winners from last August.
As per their new tote system, the higher dividends that may have been returned on unfancied placed horses is pinched to give more dividends for those backing the horses returning lesser value. This system helps a large section of race goers who generally confine their betting to market fancies. Dont you think it is a manipulation of the tote software programme with state government approval? It clearly shows any Computer Software programmes can be re-rwitten. yes, the tote can be manipulated.

If the tote monitor shows the dividends running even after the race has started it in fact showing what happened before the race started.or else why will the authys keep the monitor screens working if there was a fraud being committed.They can very well blank out the monitors just after the race starts.

When someone is trying to point out something wrong people mmediately come up with their own criticism. Its 1000% true what lucky laxman has said - the odds do change just before the race is over (final bend to the winning post). I have noticed this a couple of years back but was helpless. We cant do anything bcos when the big time players (HRC stewards) know just one thing - money is supposed to come anyhow from the punters and they are not happy in letting that go. They will do anything to LOOT as much as they can from the punters and fill their coffers.
The totalizer software can be tampered and these kind of thing is possible and it does happen in HRC. The show runners must run this show like a sport but unfortunately its being run for self benefits.
So guys, just don't come up with your comments and criticise someone unless you have good knowledge on the matter.

Immediately after the 4th race starts.. betting is locked and the computer switches in milli seconds to the 5th race..

Tote operations stop once the race starts. No one can manipulate the systems. Laxman's observations seems wrong. When the race is on the tote prices can't change. He must have seen Sting movie and imagined such things happen.

This is a fit case of manipulation of tote which happens only at BTC and Malakpet. Check RWITC and MyRC totes, they show the accurate dividends immediately the horses pass the winning post and pay same dividend after flag is hoisted. Why this happens in BTC and Malakpet. Who are manipulating the tote, and why no one is taking the matter at highest level.
Next time if you see this type of changes, inform TV Channels in writing, let they come and telecast it live. Otherwise record it on a smartphone and pass it over to TV channels let them spin a story for the public.
