Let us all first try to understand what the Honbl'e judge has said rather than all of us coming with our unwarranted sugestions.

I)Justice has said he cannot pass an order right now and asked the government to form a committee to run racing till this writ petition is disposed.

In simple words, all cases put together including by Owner's and Syces and all have no say. So if a Committee is formed where does BTC stand. Is this possible.

II) If government does not agree and by or on 12th their is no reply the case will prolong or maybe Justice dismisses all cases and BTC have to go to a higher court.

So from the above Justice is not for BTC or against BTC. If he wanted he could have just asked government why should BTc not get license to start immediately so all involved do not suffer and government can file a counter petition and case goes on but racing does not stop.
