Mad Max,

Everybody knows about the tablets he uses on horses before the races. In foreign soil, he dare not use those, hence the results are everyone to see.

In short, we shall desert the God! and won't build a temple for him whenever he comes back to India.

Mad Max

I fully agree with u

He took Holding Court and it ran nowhere and brought it to Dubai for racing in International Meeting

Leave alone the horse was in bad shape when it arrive in Dubai

Moreover the horse didnot run in Dubai due to bad health issue and brought back to Mumbai

See the expense etc

It is to be noted WHICH EVER HORSES S. PADMANABHAN taken to foreign soil, every time they disappointed us. All horses returned to India - defective, broken, damaged, faulty or unsound. Very Sad ! I think it should be a lessor for the trainer and his owners for the future.

Indeed surprising recently a month before I enquired with Richard Huges about the welfare of Desert God. I got reply stating that Desert God may not be running again in UK. It is time that the greedy ownersshould retire and give propoer rest to this Horse.

@ All

Futile speculation. The Download The Matchbook Handicap, Class 4, 2 miles, was run YESTERDAY at Kempton. DESERT GOD S. Cummings), 6/1 third favourite in field of 10 runners, finished sixth eight and a half lengths behind the winner Sunblazer.

I dont think it will win even in this class?

Even if it wins, it is a disgrace. After being touted as India's champion horse, if it has to be brought down to Class IV to win, it is shameful. Don't bring up Desert God again. It never deserved to win in India.
If anything, Quasar should have been sent abroad. He would have won.
