Manifold & Castlebridge are my final choices for the Guineas Weekend. Manifold should confidently put it across to Ruffina and Lady in Lace. It should be a walk in the Park for Castlebridge.

I too agree with Madmax...most impressive runner was Manifold. It warms up late hence it was tried start to finish in 1600 which is short for her. In Indian derby she will run in her winning style of coming from behind.
For Indian Derby its either Manifold or Zenon.

If lady in lace and manifold will run together in any race in future lady in lace will finish ahead of manifold...
LIL has already proved her class by beating manifold 2 times..in future she will do the same ...

I have placed my reasons in my earlier post about Manifold... I challenge Lady in Lace wont be sighted in INDIAN OAKS, INDIAN DERBY or in THE BANGALORE DERBY or in THE INVITATION CUP. Anyone can call me MADMAN if LIL wins any of the above four races... this is my challenge to all supporting LIL.

Lady in lace has proved herself that she can stay to a longer distance.in every run she comes from behind that means she is a good stayer..in case of manifold whenever this filly runs with lady in lace she ran like a dud in hyderabad and as well as yesterday jockey knows her limitations that's y in both the times jockey hit front..if jockey having a confident on manifold he never hit the front in such a big event .and lady in lace beat manifold and Windsor forest in coming classics too she is far better stayer than windsor forest for sure bcoz phoenix tower pedigree never prove as a stayer even excellent art is not a stayer so ruffina is not a threat for lady in lace ..in case of manifold she has to improve a lot as it's by multidimensional she can stay but at this point of time lady in lace having only one opponent in India that is prevalent force ..

About WINDSOR FOREST I said it is the JOKER IN THE PACK (check how many of you given it a ghost of a chance). WF was the Doosara of the Owners of LIL. Then you cannot overlook WF's devastating turn of foot at the finish despite having checked twice from the owner mate. In a normal case the rider should have raised an objection because the verdict was Neck only. There were having two horses better in my calculations so the favourite was clear LAY.
Now look at the sinister designs of Ace trainer, he tried his 15/1 WF in this race to make a big moolah, but the best stayer from his ward Manifold was kept under wrap (won 2.25 crores so far in stake money, the highest among 3 year olds). Manifold rated 88 is being readied for longer innings.
Ruffina has registered five wins from the age of 2, and amassed Rs 1.10 Crore plus so far. Among the runners, Ruffina still retains the highest rating 96. RUFFINA has proved it cannot stay if it mature as a 4 year old no scope in longer distances. Despite winning the 1000 Guineas LIL is still rated (91) well below Ruffina. It has reached its limit, it wont stay beyond 2000 mtrs.
Most impressive runner in this race was Manifold (many of you wont agree with me) which already collected 2.25 Crore plus in stake money, is being prepared with the main events ahead - The Indian Oaks, Indian Derby and The Invitation Cup (all 2400 mtr races) and the trainer will call the shots in two classic races out of it. I have analyzed lot of horses from this stable. Manifold was not a contender for this race as it was running second behind the leader till 400m, close to the pace, such horses win only 10 out of 100 races, Pesi definitely has other plans, note this horse for the future.

Winning or losing is part of racing,there is absolutely nothing wrong if one's choices doesn't win on a particular day as the general saying goes you can't win everyday as a punter.
My only request for fellow tipsters is to have a healthy debate in this forum,laying a horse in a normal races where fixing is easy is difficult but asking people to lay a horse in such races where owner takes pride in winning those races is utter irresponsible statements.am sure laying a last favourite in such races is also difficult.noble eagle and society dream are some of such last favourites which won at such odds,so please request people to give some responsible statements.

I respect ur racing knowledge and u r such a genius but how Can u predict that lady in lace is lay bet of the season..She has proved herself in every distance every field and every course .. and ruffina is by excellent art for sure not a mile material her pet distance is 1400mtr..lady won a pune derby toying with opposition she is having late classy dash having everything right in her before coming to 1000 gunease still u feel that she is lay bet of the season...such a joke buddy ...
Sorry if I hurt u but I feel u made a mistake here the only opposition for lady currently is prevalent force other horses don't have a that class to match the stride of this wonderfully improved filly....

It's going to be David Allan all the way, on Ruffina and Perfect Star, and I say that not just because David is doing duty, but because both Ruffina and Perfect Star are the best in the field. Ruffina is one horse that needs to be backed till beaten, and I don't see that happening very soon.
Rochester is a good place bet for 2000G, this one has the best pedigree numbers in the field, however I opt for Perfect Star, who too has good numbers for long distance, however David on Perfect Star will make the difference.

Please refer RWITC site Shapoor ji Mistry paid a huge ransom for 50% share in L.I.L. ONE MAY argue for breeding but I am sure they must have considered many aspects to it.
Frankly 9 races in a day[chooses from others] and I agree with India race racing man any one can win so worry about other races and enjoy this one.
No doubt good odds for all 3. Still my bet a small one on Ruffina each way.More of symbolic than a win bet
