When was Racing banned at BTC or in India ? It was Status Quo which continued till end of 2017 .
BTC didnt got licence due to conflict of interest and since Few wanted paid chutti to celebrate all Festivals .
Anyway with Govt nominees as Ombudsman V may witness and enjoy some fair Racing without Bookies in the Ring . However the Status Quo was a blessing in disguise for thousand of Punters family Members and children at the cost of Hundred Tote Operators and Bookies Messenger . Its Hon"ble Court Order and is to b obeyed with respect .

Even though attend occasionally I for one feels that The prime land in the heart of any city should have been used for nurturing Youth towards Sport by best equipped Training stadium or a Theme Park for relaxation or Mega University as Learning Centre and for utilising it for other than Racing ,The unemployed can b employed in Such New outfit like when Govt undertakes Infrastructure project

Harimohan and his committee is flying high. They have done a wonderful job by getting the licence. Winter season is back. Big namaskara to the previous committee who ran away after putting btc in the fix.

Well done Btc. The new committee has done a great job by getting the licence back and starting races. All the credit should go them for repairing the damage done by the old committee.

The CM is shrewd and clearly elections have played on his mind, ignoring advice of his staff to keep harping on 50 member seats.
