Definitely it would have been a very good place roll if it turned out bro, 7-10 Arc Shine finished 4th and we won't get returns for a horse which finished 4th, hence you have only a balance of 2500 left with you, you cannot play that in PTR next also as the minimum bet criteria is 50000 per day

Dear Lightning strikes
if you are having 2 lac balance points you can continue with that, but if the bet is not mentioned (in case of your roll) it automatically considered for win only in PTR, Hence you can continue with your 2 lac balance points ( this is the reason we insist all to give OB & CB in posting) If you have given the OB initially in your post, atleast if not me, someone else might have pointed out the error

Dear Liberio and Ptr team , actually my previous bal was 700,000 I it Utalised only 500 but by mistake printed total nil balance still I hv 200,000 in the kitty , now secondly the first roll bet I did not mention either place or win but was actual a place roll logically since I did not mention either win or place I presume the points can be refunded but I leave this to ur descreation , pls verify my account on your total list updated prior to yesterday's race , thank you
