@ Hi Guys,
I am extremely sorry for tipping a PROBLEM HORSE - Masquerade. When the owner was not seen in the paddock I had a doubt about its chance. Otherwise he grace the occasion on big races. Masquerade was euthanized after Sesamoid Bone Fractures and David Probert jumped to safety during the race. It is sad no one raised a point about this incident or the condition of the jockey and the animal, otherwise Bangalore Punters are so much concerned the safety of their ANNADATHA !

There was no hanky panky Kangra won fair and square.
C. Dancer finished 33 lts behind race day report will tell us what went wrong at best would have come 2nd only.

Congrats those who picked Kangra,I thought it was unlucky to lose last time out but it's staying abilities were doubtful.owners were desperate for a classic win and trainer played his part too.... classical dancer was rode all the way to lose,no idea what were their intentions.....still, Kangra won well start to finish in decent timings,so congrats to the connections

Trevor followed trainers instructions and escorted Kangra upto Bend. The trainer happens to be same for Kangra and Classical Dancer. After the bend on seeing Kangra sailing smoothly, Classical Dancer was switched off. Classical Dancer always shoots from rear.
If my assumption is right, then, its not fair racing.
However, my congratulations to all the guys who tipped Kangra in this column.

There is a trainer I suspect having some dubious connections winning at bigger odds. It is to be recalled he is having only a small strings of horses, even though it is unbelievable how he sent out STUNNERS. The Club has so far shown they are incompetent to arrest this menace. The government should conduct an enquiry on this trainer, his connections, his bank accounts and find out where the public money is going? It is time to check whether he has any underworld or any other unpatriotic links.

H NO-1-CLASSICAL DANCER-In last run late 3rd over same dist in HYD straight,now running over short straight in BANG.
H NO-2-CONCEPTWIN-Long way 4th to MESQUERADE over same dist.
H NO-3IMPLICIT TRUST-Long way 2nd & 4th in her last three start,only class four winner by just ns.
H NO-5-MESQUERADE-In good form but first run in her career in BANG.
H NO-7-SEDULOUS-Good 3rd in last run with strong rider.
H NO-8-WINDSOR FOREST-Hot favorite winner in last run by just sh.

Concept win:looks very doubtful in this set.
Implicit trust:only due to its staying ability,with good saddle assistance should place.
Kangra & Windsor forest:good miler's, hasn't done much in extended distances and only it's sheer class should grace the board.
Masquerade: winner of oaks,has lost to king of killen in one of its runs.seeing better class horses now,might find difficult.
Sedulous:ignored due to jockey.
Trevor chooses classical dancer to ride in this race which offers 38 lakhs for winner,horse was given a over confident ride in Hyderabad while finishing close to winner in a big feild,but today the feild is small and getting horse from rear position shouldn't be much difficult, having chosen classical dancer over Windsor forest gives me a strong confidence on classical dancer.

for me it's gonna be kangara all the way ...
reasons:
1)kangara having a 2 derby run advantages which is 2000 more and for sure she will stay 2400mtr and her pedigree western aristocrat having a staying ability..
2)Windsor forest is a very good filly no doubt about her ability buy she is by phoenix tower and we have witness many times that phoenix tower horses don't stay till 2400mtr recent example tutankhaman all time example is mighty phoenix tiger..
3)masquerade is a filly who hold the title against her name of south India oaks winner but still I feel she has not run in a tough field like today...
so my final choice is kangara...

I pay lots of attention to the handicappers rating. why, he is the guy who watches many replys and than allots ratings.
Take MUM OAKS the top 4 rated horses finished 1234 so why not here.
I feel it is a st fight between C.Dancer and Kangra.[rating 66]
C.Dancer was seen finishing the fastest in hyd gets a whopping jump from 33t 63 points!Can you name any other horse in the field. that too a maiden.
I do remember reading some thing about W.forest staying the distance by their connections than why race here?.
So for me a each way bet on C Dancer. Punters seems to forget the win of Aggergrate in CAL.

In my opinion eitther Windsor Forest or Masquerade from from Pesi Shroff stable. We do not know the idea of connection. But either one sure. It is true that time Winsor Forest won by very slender marigin that is because the jockey slept for a while while riding ll He allowed Kangra to go far ahead. Luckily he won the race that is just due to Horse and sheer luck only. Perhaps thast may the reason he was engaged again. He lost his good image now.

why are we looking beyond WINDSOR FOREST ..UNTIL WE FIND SOMETHING TO MATCH ITS SPEED & STAMINA. His pace should exhaust the rest.

Again you are over confident. I am not saying that Masquerade has no chance, but Classical Dancer and Trevor stands tall and can win the Race.

My Final Choice:
5-5 MASQUERADE-WIN
The Meaning of "Masquerade" itself is "a false show" - that is what she has done in the Madras Derby after a dull start. After annexing the Madras Oaks she ran the Derby within 13 days, that is why I said LIKE HER NAME MASQUERADE her master entered in OAKS for a SHAM SHOW. She is running her third race over 2400 m in another 12 days (3 races over 2400 races in 25 days). She is the only one horse in this bunch, who has full of Stamina. Windsor Forest and Kangra both have good speed figures, but expecting them to traverse beyond 2000m is very difficult. Bangalore racegoers and critics have a chance to see the riding of David Probert on Masquerade tomorrow. On the sheer strength of WINDSOR FOREST's LATE FINISH behind LADY IN LACE in the 1000 Indian Guineas, she may account the runner-up berth for Trainer Shroff to complete the 1-2. Georgina and Samsa, dams of Kangra and Windsor Forest, were the daughters of sire-dam jodi Zaffonic/Pastorale and Zaffonic/Everlasting Love respectively.
Godzilla's fancy CLassical Dancer may finish third, she is a stayer.

On debut over a short distance Sedulous finished (not won the Race] in front of Classical Dancer. You take this Race into account and give no chance to improve to Classical Dancer subsequently and win long distance Races.
You also went on to say Classical Dancers Body weight is 400 kgs and you think it may not stay the distance.
For your information 400 kgs of a a horse is healthy weight and even horses with a body weight of 450 kgs and above won the Derby distance.
It seems with a negative knowledge in Racing, you are trying to convince the particular horse will not win the Race.
Whether Classical Dancer wins the Race or not, you have exhibited your poor and limited knowledge abundantly.

CLASSICAL DANCER finished good 3rd in Golconda oaks defeating some good horses
Since it can stay 2400mtrs he is the one to be beaten.
Only danger is IMPLICIT TRUST who finished 5 lengths behind AGGREGATED in Kolkata derby.

It will be biggest joke to think either Kangra or Windsor forest can stay 2400 m and win.

I have been prominent in HT of indiarace for nearly four decades. I was in America for nearly a year and out of touch with Indian Racing. That does not mean that I do not know the elementary fact that Jockeys do not win Races.
I tip a horse baseed on its last run and staying capacity. I* agree, despite, experience, sometimes my tips may go wrong.

Surely you joke .. Godzilla. The race is confined between Kangra & Windsor Forest. Will give a slight edge to Kangra because of the extended distance.. but only just.

Jockeys dont win races, its horse who wins. Windsor Forest is peaking at the right time and all set to win the OAKS, Implict Trust should be 2nd and Kangra 3rd.
