But there were carried over amounts as listed below on 21/1/18. This c/o amount has not been added on 22nd. And, it has not been added today also.

The BTC citing GST collected huge amount as tax during July, August and January. But remitted only a small fraction of it to the Government. Technically, that amount belongs to the punters. But, the amount has not been remitted to Government nor it has been refunded to the punters. It could have added to the win/shp/place pools at 1 lakh per race till the amount is adjusted so that punters who are getting very low dividend could have gone home satisfied.

But, the excess recovered not refunded. I do not think we can do anything about that. But, as if rubbing salt to the wound, the BTC is swallowing the carried over amounts also.
