Why Lady In Lace Will Find Difficult--

By Golden Girl | 04-Feb-2018
Here are my few observations about LIL and her chances of winning against PF.

(1) LIL has never won above 2000 M.(in face has never raced beyond 2000 M.

(2)When she raced last time against Pf in Hyderabad Derby (2000M),in last 150M.she got extremely tired, and PF who till then was running neck and neck, was able to go ahead and won by 2-1/4 lengths. Both were under heavy whips at that time.

(3) LIL run last run in 1600M. when she beat Windsor Forest By Neck was to bad to be true.Windsor Forest had traffick problems in that race, but he was the fastest running horse at the end and so was Manifold who also catching up with them, and was not far behind.LIL was running at odds 30/100.

(4)LIL had some health problems and set back in training, and running 2400M. in the toughest race of India. Is it advisable to back her today?

This is my personal opinion that is why LIL wiil it difficult to beat PF today. No one is advised not to bet on LIL by me.Just sharing my thoughts with HT friends so as to be cautious while betting.ATB.

We can make assumptions by the track records and the latest fitness conditions of horse only.Ultimately it is the performance of the horse on that particular day decides their fate for win.Pl.read what i said on the thread "ID Winner" by Godzilla on 2/4/2018:1:06::11 A.M.I said-Prevalent Force is the best on the Derby day.LIL and the very highly improved Rochester should fight for the minor places making it a very thrilling race.A race worth watching and betting. Now as the race progressed PF was never in the hunt and at 300M,he was out of the picture.LIL was tired at 100M. and Rochester started galloping very strongly and won the race with a lot in reserve.LIL ran true to her form but was no match to Rochester.PF was a huge disappoint and lost the third spot to Manifold.

Dear Ramiyer,
When the owners skipped The Indian Oaks for The Derby,it was quiet evident that they were very confident of winning the Derby. But after viewing the way Rochester beat Caste Bridge by 5 lengths, without moving a muscle ,I was sure that now LIL has to beat two horses (PF and Rochester) to win the Derby. And now the way Rochester has won,it is proved that all the races 2000M. and above are at his mercy'

What about PF now that she lost to LIL..
Its very difficult to make assumptions by last runs..
Every race is different.
Take the case of Aggregated, who ended all but last..what a hype..

CS Jodha was too good on Rochester. He allowed Suraj and Lady in Lace to go past him, positioned his horse, and beaten comprehensively Suraj, which Suraj might not have expected even in his dreams.

CS Jodha deserves this win. Horse won purely on merit and no hanky panky.

A BIG CONGRATULATIONS TO CS JODHA.

What a lot of about LIL was cooked up by the so called experts. It goes on to prove that 99% of the guys here have no understanding about horses, horse management or racing.

Humble request to the self proclaimed Know it all contributors is to first gain some insight into horsemanship before coming up with their race theories.

Regards,

RB
