2.15 #3 FIND was good resuming and looks suited out to this distance. Note the switch in positive rider.

2.45 #3 DIAMOND RAYS showed speed on debut only to be outmuscled late. With natural improvement and positive change in rider he can go one better. Strong fancy.

3.15 Late debutant #8 DEIMUS improved late to finish 2nd behind the winner last start at 1200m trip. Up in journey and need not find much more from that run to take this out.

3.45 #4 PURITY looks an improver back to something a bit easier with the good jockey on board. Must respect.
#11 GALENO generally races near the speed, could upset.

4.15 #2 NOAHS ARK was a strong first-up winner and looks capable of measuring up in this tougher assignment.
Ignore her last couple of starts since resuming. #9 AUSTRALIS had broken her maiden in fine fashion prior on debut at this track and distance. And with Suraj back in saddle she can bounce back in this company.

4.45 Siver Ikon ran down SIOBHAN here last time they met, the latter meets him better in the weights here and saves her best for when Sandesh jumps on board.

5.15 #5 SHADES OF DESIRE finished close up on debut last start. She gives the impression that this trip will suit and gets the positive rider.

Bangalore Winter Races day 6 (09.02.2018) Pre Derby Day, expect the unexpected

1st Race
Hoping (5) Declaration of Love to be lucky in its 13th run to clear maiden status, (6) Midnight Sky can be a gamble too, ignoring (4) Love is life for win, may place 2nd or 3rd because of jockey

2nd Race
(3) Diamond Rays is the only one who ran once and placed at this distance in this maidens bunch, on that count with can clear maidens in its 2nd run, (8) Bergamot is tracking extremely well with same jockey, but trainer is unreliable, (10) Phoenix Reached can place and may upset too based on its siblings

3rd Race
(1) Dynamism won well last time, but change in jockey doesn’t impress, (7) Dancing Dragon who finished 3rd behind Dynamism looks better on handicap and jockey now, (6) Amazonite is tracking regularly and with this apprentice might upset, (8) Deimus who failed as favorite in debut run can also put an improved show

4th Race
No whip race with all apprentices, (4) Purity was seen finishing on well from rear and with 100mts more to go is the one to be beaten here, (11) Galeno can also be lucky in its 13th run with this good apprentice, also keep an eye on (8) Secret Prayer who is the lone winner of this distance in the bunch and from a gambling stable

5th Race
Another tough race with many contenders, (12) Haedi’s folly is tracking extremely well and may upset for the owners, (8) Aeisir & (7) Chemical Romance will be the threats, but in all very confusing race

6th Race
Both jockey & trainer struck gold this season and on that count (7) Silver Ikon appeals, (4) Lightning strikes ran a good third with work jockey and now with stable jockey in saddle will not give up easily, (8) Savannah sound which won at same distance with same jockey can be the surprise packet

7th Race
(5) Shades of desire with a better saddle assistance can make it in its 2nd run, but had to tackle (4) Brooklyn Supreme, who may be tried for an upset, (12) White snowdrops might place at longer odds in its pet distance

Race 1 - Nyssa. (A stayer , so the the extra distance suits. Running at low weights. Had a good forward run with weight.)

Race 2 - Diamond Rays - ( Tracked by YSS from the beginning.)

Race 3 - Deimus - (was given a soft run last time.)

Race 4 - Purity - ( No Whips Race - A good sprinter with a good home stable Apprentice who has worked this animal many times.)

Race 5 - Lawrence of Arabia. ( A good forward run last time and a furlong less to go with top jockey and a very well bred horse.)

Race 6 - Silver Ikon - (Just too speedy for them all.)

Race 7 - Shades of Desire - ( Excellent last Run. )
