Lets talk about your your US trip funding claims.

Where did you specify that you will be rolling the amount??

And secondly, rolling the amount means that if you lose a bet, its only the amount of 1st bet is lost in addition to the winnings.

But in your case, if your last bet was lost, you would have lost 4 lakhs, instead of 2000.

Please clarify If i am wrong..

Your observation is fair and simple. Right. My head post and statements are also clear and simple. The headpost clearly says 'my choice is between Kangra and Mahateji... I may play both or one depending on paddock condition...Zenon will have 25% of my bet...

my question and observation was fair and simple.

Odds vary from centre to centre or bookie to bookie, but who will bet at 4 to 1, when the odds were freely available at 5 to 1.

On second thought, i can say that you could have send money to somebody to bet on your behalf and he cheated you with the odds, i think.

But my observation will be that whenever you make a claim here, first please notfiy your bets in advance it so that we can also clap on your success or feel bad at your failure..

After race heroes are seen here in plenty.

If you do not like reacting to what I say, that is no problem to me. But, If you make any observation about what I say, then I will give appropriate reply.

You write simple english or complicated english. That is immaterial. The fact is you tipped 3 horses. If all the horses had failed, then you would have said "I have avoided any betting in that race". A tipster is welcome to say his fancy and be proud of the right choice. But, your license is only to be proud of your choice and nothing else. Ridiculing others as born loser, self confirmed loser etc will invite sharp replies.

You said you tipped ten winners and ten losers. There are nearly 25OO to 3OOO races every year and giving twenty tips is not a big thing. So, again I am telling you. Give twenty tips or two hundred tips. But, do not pass any dirty comment about others. No one is master in the races.

Yes. You did not write the amount of bets. I by default took 1OOO on Kangra & Mahateji, and 5OO on zenon. You are welcome to give correction. If you say you backed 1OOO on Kangra, 4O on Mahateji and 26O on Zenon you are welcome to say so. The only problem is no one will believe your statement if it comes after the race.

I think, you did not attend races that day. Kangra was freely available at 5.5.... in Delhi. and at 5 to 1, you could bet sitting at your doorstep. Bookies could have come to you.

I know that mumbai and delhi odds are more or less same.

And if you wish to give a streak of winners (rolling the amount), then please inform the forum in advance. and not after the streak is completed.

My understanding of Azim's post.

He locates winners. Around 6O%. He will be a good winner if he sticks to his choice. But, at the race course, he will be confused & changes his mind.

Perhaps this problem is purely psychological. No solution could be found. So, someone else can take a chance on his choice/s and be smiling after the races. Whereas Azim will be cursing his luck.

Lets hope Azim will overcome this psychological weakness.

Your statement that strike rate is 60% and you are a loser defies all logic.My queries to you
1.Strike rate for Win OR Win/Shp/Place?
2.Is your quantum of bets uniform ie you play same amount while betting on Odds On Favourite OR Other Not Favourites?
3.If you split your bets between Win/Shp/Place as the case may be are they in the same ratio all always.
4.Strike Rate of 60% is for Odds On favourite for all bets?
Only (4) may result in loss if the selections are all 6/10 horses.

see my tips and threads in sections my strike rate is more than 60% but still m a looser becoz study is a different things and playing with bookies mind false shouts in a ring and playing ur chosen horse is a different thing...
m challenging all my horse talkers friends apart from chennai and Delhi I will tip from all the centers and my strike rate will be more than 60...
but still I will be the looser as usual...

Coming to the three horses you selected, if you had played 2OOO each on all the three then the investment is 66OO. 1O% tax. However, it seems the tax is just 12O or 2%. So the won amount is 4OOO - 12O. From where 6OOO profit came? Clearly you have not made 6OOO minus 12O. It requires no memory at all to speak facts and truth. But it requires extra memory power and intelligence to tell a lie. If this is the state of affairs about your winnings, then less said about your losings are better. All things reinforce my strong belief that in the racing, in the long run everyone is a loser. I admit that; you could have admitted yours; or at least remained silent.

It is better to remain silent and be thought a fool rather than to speak and remove all the doubts.

Earlier, I had said that you are run of the mill tipster. If you have given 1O winners and 1O losers that is at your pleasure. But in India more than 25OO races are held per annum and 1O winners and 1O runners do not mean anything. Well. OK. If you do not even acknowledge my existence, that is well and good. That is what I want. No boklahats and head weight chats is the one I expect from each and every one. In respect of a race where majority said it is between Prevalent Force, Kangra and Mahateji, one should not pat his own back for tipping Kangra. Even if he has tipped only Kangra for win and only win.

Had you tipped Star carnation, though it did not win, you would have gained well deserved applause.

But, you have given Kangra and Mahateji with additional 25% for zenon. Very rarely we come across such multiple choices for win. If you bet 1OOO each on Kangra/Mahateji and additional 5OO for Zenon, the quantum of dividends barely justifies the investment. And that too with the rider favorite may [will] not win.

This particular sentence "favorite may [will] not win" can be conveniently misinterpreted after the race. Favorite will not win is what you have said in your letter 2/12/2OO8 1.O4.O1 pm. And in the lead post you said "favorite may [will] not win.

Born loser? Everyone, including Chanakya is a born loser only. So why single out some tipster who give selection once in a mamangam. In any case tipping a 2nd favorite or 3rd favorite and then making fun of others as born losers hardly justifies your stature.

Try as much as your intelligence permits; the racing is adjusted to see you as loser. No amount of boklahats and loose talks will cover up your perennial contribution to the totes and bookies.

Even today I challenge you. Till the end of this winter season, you give your selections at least one hour before the start of 1st race. Should be only names of the horses. Not favorite, 2nd favorite etc. Whether win or place should be spelt out. And at the end of the season, which may be March 31, I will evaluate and give the result on an assumed bet of 1OOO in each case.

Not just PF whoever backed whichever horse was thinking about that perticular horse will win.

My point was about your satisfaction regarding backing a FAVOURITE. Once you start thinking or reading a race without any concern for favourite then you may start founding some other propositions except JUST losing one.

40% strike rate is an healthy strike rate one can EARN from races with that.

And last but not least anyone who has mastered the art of betting will never boast it..and certainly will not require my or yours or anyone elses 2000 to convert it to 2500.
as far as lakhs and lakhs is concerned its quality which matters not quantity.

It is not only me. But each and everyone who backed PF presumed that it is better than Kangra and Mahateji. It is a different matter that star Carnation ran hell of a race.

How many days I will survive with that satisfaction? Every time we bet a horse we will be confident of its winning. Of course it is a losing proposition. But, do we have any other alternative? Only mosquitoes, eagles and crows will be there in race course if there is any alternative.

Still finding difficulty in locating a punter with strike rate of 4O% or more.

If anybody tells you that he has mastered the art of betting and has earned lakhs & lakhs in racing, just hand him 2OOO/= in the morning with condition that he should repay 25OO/= by evening. Then watch the fun. Even earning one rupee is an extremely difficult thing in racing.

PF proved it from low altitudes to high altitude in a weeks time with a tough race he had no chance. If he runs the invitation he should run 7,8 at the most.

Those propagating R star please see race of MUM same jockey on H/CLus 4th lodged a complaint against 2nd place horse for bumping him.

The stipes stewards remarks were an eye opener.It was zervan who just did not change his whip hand and allowed the horse to drift, probably he just does not know!

In my 40 years of Racing, I have never felt, Racing is a place of unsafe. No amount of your calculations, experience, jockey merits, handicaps will work when the Races are pre decided by connections.
