the amount the horse has traveled and raced is insane.
hard race in mumbai on the 4th feb. travel to banglore. and yet another 2400 mtr race.
who takes such a call, of over racing the horse ??
i am amazed.....should the trainer not put his foot down and not do this.......unless the trainer made this ridiculous call.
but either ways the trainers responsibility.......whoever took this call.

In racing and only in racing, last benchers, first benchers and middle bencgers are all sailing in same boat. If you stand by your comment that those who backed PF are last benchers, that is ok with me. But the same last benchers also backed string of winners on that day. See the list mentioned by me, and work out the amount one would have got. Need not worry about the odds. Take tote dividends.
You said last benchers are having no future in racing? Well. You are 1OO% right this time. None. Last bencher, middle bencher & front benchers and also some standees. No body are having any future in racing.

If this is the basis for your picking a winner & picking a lay, then GOD help you in your betting.
In racing no one is winner. I am repeating it for 1OOOth time. And whoever wants to challenge me on this pre-supposition are welcome to give their choice for around 6O days. Prospectively. Not the bull shit that they had backed a grand treble at 1O/1 each during Vasco de gama era.
You said those who played Prevalent Force are fools. Well. People did not play prevalent force alone on the derby day. They also played Run Forest Run, checkmate, Smasher, Brainstorm, Dance the dream, In the stars, Lincoln.
You said you fancied Quasar but at that time you were in USA. But the beauty in racing is even if you were at Mahalaxmi on that day, and avoid all the races prior to Quasar race, and reserve entire capital to be invested on Quasar only, your confidence will be totally smothered by the time Quasar race comes. All race goers have the same DNA. You do not try to convince me that you are a man of special DNA. Men with special DNA do not go screaming abuses about the other race goers.
So, simple request. Do not make loose comments on any race goer. Hamam mein sub nangein hain. I only expected from you is an expression of regret for your dirty comment about those who played Prevalent Force.

I like aggresive guys. You are one of them. I am 72 and still feeling young. Except for a life threatening illness I suffered two years back, when I slipped into coma for 15 days at Apollo Hospitals, I am back to normal. Enjoying life as usual.
Enjoy in US. Its HEAVEN on EARTH. Top guys in US are my friends and they are too good.
I have been attending Races from the age 16 and love the sport. My father caught me red handed in Race Course and said he will tell my activity to my mother. I warned him if he does, I too will tell her that he is regular in Race Course. That solved the major problem and we became friends apart from relations.

In HT a persons Days best is a sure shot to LAY.In fact a News papers Days best is 100% looser. I love that news paper.!!!! Our friends circle all refer to that paper eagerly.!!!!
Another person's Lay is Sure Winner.
I love the hype around a horse. I always take good decision on such hyped horses. Ex: LIl,PF,Sana,Romantic star. Besafe. ( Who will Believe if I say I fancied Quasar!!!! But I could not play as I was in USA at that time.
Sometimes I post and I never play bcz it's last minute Gut feeling.
After all we have more neurons in stomach than in brain!!!!! That's why it's Gut decision that matters.

In racing some times you win and some times you loose,but at the end of year everyone book shows red,as i moved closely with big to very big punters.

Rating has no meaning to the superiority. If a horse keeps winning the handicapper simply adds the rating. If you see the horses rated in Kolkota, Mysore and Hyderabad and see the performances of them with horses from Mumbai and Bangalore and you will know where they stand. I am surprised at the rating of PF winning Hyderabad Guineas and Chennai Derby

When we speak about challenge, it should be always prospective. Even if you had tipped Rochester for Mumbai races, that should not be counted. Let us be fair.
On BNG derby day, your tips may have scored 1OO%. My greetings.
If you are going abroad, then do not waste your energy in studying race cards of Indian circuit. Forget about this and concentrate on your business at USA. We can always start a fresh challenge when you are back in India.
However, there is no harm in expressing regret over your comments on those who played Prevalent Force.

My colleagues told me that Prevalent Force suffered very badly after the Race and Oxygen had to be given to it.
This amounts to cruelty to the animal. The connections which includes the TRAINER are responsible for this barbaric act.
Money is not everything. PF was used to win Races initially and then made to Race within a week 2000 mtr Races at two different places, this time out, not for money, but to rob punters money.
Even GOD will not forgive these guys.

Raj- Original, Kudos for getting a 100% result, 2 things pop up in my mind one is a saying " a single sparrow does not signify spring " and the 2nd one is, why would it be so tough to post or study races from the USA ?
I will be glad to give some pointers which I assure you is better than being in India and studying the races. Let me know if you need them. I hope that you are not thinking of funding your trip by means of wagering .

What raghavan wanted was to post your selections in advance. Anybody can raise their hands stating that I played this and that after the results are out.
If you are a real genius in selections give your selections for 2 or 3 horses in a day. Odds on money will not be taken into consideration.
We want you to go thru the acid test and then thump your chest that your selections have a rating of 100% success. First achieve success in India and then look for US Card.

My tips for Mumbai last race were
Daffodil win 3/1
Ruffina win 50/100
Lincoln place in same race 3/1
Epipany 13/10
All four obliged. What more can I ask? 100% success.
My tips for Bangalore Derby was either Kangra or Zenon depending on paddock looks.
One look at Zenon was enough for me to dump it.
Trevor body language was enough for me as Gut feeling was always well rested Kangra.
I played huge on it.
I can't post 60/70 horses for few weeks of race. I normally never play class 4 and 5 and on any day it's 2 or 3 bets.
That's all .
Infact at Mumbai I did not play Ruffina. But played remaining 3.
Bangalore is Not Pune or Mumbai std. So normally stick to 1 or 2 only if iam 90% convinced.
Iam going to USA during March. So even tough.But I will try.

I wrote in another thread that PF win in Chennai beating a very poor field was not impressive.The horse was simply over rated and further hyped by the media and few so called knowledgeable punters. The connections get money win or lose. Win white money lose black money. In racing even if it is fair racing there is several slip between the cup and the lip.So many great horses were beaten. Whether this horse is greater than those.

Those who backed Prevalent Force and bad race goers or bad race players. Accepted. In racing, there is no excuse for losing.
I would just like to know what will be your bets in the next 45 days of racing. Till march 31st. You can tip 6O/7O horses in that period and evaluate yourself how good race player you are.
In racing, shrill abuses at those who played a loser should be avoided. Of course, an exemption can be made only to those whose tips will score at least to the extent of 4O%.

Do you mean to say they have zero knowledge and you are only intelligent and obtained Phd in Racing ?

first things first i did not back prevalent force. in fact i backed nothing in that race.
secondly i am not deciding nothing.
third i love horses as animals.
fourth over racing an animal leads to the animal suffering and i do not give a damn who won and who lost.
fifth prevalent force suffered a mild heart attack post the race.......and would love to see what the so called care takers do next.
sixth the sport is a beautiful and royal one and i have always maintained that it cannot take lives.......since we all get very disturbed when our jockeys have a fall and hurt themselves........in the same breath are horses not animals and alive and with blood in their veins......it cannot be that we are biased towards the well being of all participants of this sport...........and personally i am least concerned about the punters in this whole equation......since they are there and playing with money .....either losing or winning it out of their own choice.
and finally i am in no way connected to prevalent force or for that matter any horse in the world.......bar the fact that i am lover of the game.

The connections made tons of money for nearly a year courtesy PREVALENT FORCE.
Then later, they made the life of PF miserable on whose failure the Punters have to empty their pockets by backing the horse. Either way the connections prospered and the punters were taken for a ride.
It seems the connections were ungrateful to a great Horse who brought laurels and fame to them, who were otherwise - I am writing about the owners - were little known.
So much praise was lavished on Byramjis at Bangalore day before yesterday who should not have been responsible for treating the horse with scant regard for what all it did to them.
