Whoever has played Mahateji Win and Place in Hyb Oaks and Derby, and place in Bangalore Derby and profited, they should donate the entire money to poor and wash off the sins. Can anyone do it ? Please come forward like RC and donate if you all made profit. In case of RC he has incurred loss it seems.

NICARAGUA placed third. I played 3000 win 3000 shp 4000 place (got this amount).

The Golconda Oaks (Gr.2)
Mahateji won
NANHIPARI placed second I played win 10000 at 15/1 at bookie.

So what about the money paid to punters on the day Mahateji won???

I do not know whether criminal case could not be launched on the trainer/owner under the provisions of Prevention of Cruelty to animals. If there is any provision to that extent, the same should be applied mercilessly.

Time and again these points arise and out of this offence two points arise which are silent always :

A) Why there r no pre-race checks OR similar to that so that the fear will atleast exists in the connections.

B) What is the role of TAI which i have been asking time and again...Is it the Nodal and Supreme Authority for racing activities for all the RC's Put together.

The irony is the sample (First One Proved)..for confirmation it was sent for the foreign Labs... so everybody knew something is being enquired into officially into this horse and its connections... why did not the TAI stop BTC from this horse being entered into Derby. The other point which proves here is that the Hyd Derby is gifted to Mahateji in the wake of this enquiry and connections MUST have used its influence in the end result of the Race and its outcome...every one knows what the precedent is...The genuine Senior members from our HT know what i mean by this...

The end story is simple " Punters" Money ...Govinda Govinda... Officially the authorities knew it ...committed the mistake by entering this horse in Hyderabad Derby and they Furthered into Bangalore Derby inspite of the enquiry being ON....Such a disgrace...

The Point is Rs 5 /- or Rs 10/- as the case may be , is not seen by the RC's as income generating for this sport PER se...They look micro level only and the fact is when POOLED, it is the Micro punters who contribute to 80-90 % of income / Revenue generation for this sports across....

ALL said and done , if RC's say it is the Private Property that every RC is, that matters and stay adamant... then this will continue like this for ever on and on....

No point in writing here or anywhere for that matter...Absolute case where Statutes/Laws and Regulatory authorities have NO powers or Shy away from unleashing those powers which exists or may not exists with them.

When Playing Cards has strong legislation and controls , Liquor Sales and its development as a industry is in the Hands of some regulatory authority or the other, Smoking sales and its controls are too having controls being exercised , This sport by virtue of Hon'ble Supreme Courts Judgement as " Sport of Skill" is being Massively and en-massee mis-utilized for One sections Gains only..The Layered community....Who can forget Queen Latifa's case in Bangalore...inspite of such controversy being blown and its naked facts, stopped BTC's functions completely and made BTC's identity itself being scratched...Mahateji's case needs to be taken up seriously and Punting as a community should come forward and show everyone their place...which is next to impossible.

Time has come for these Rc's to implement some checks both Pre Race as well as Post race else ...This is already a doomsday for punting community and the dividends already not lucrative and in some cases even accountability is also being questioned on large scale.
