And he suffers from dementia or Alzheimer's disease.
Just bcz I MAY loose money IAM not going to end up like him.Iam tooooo strong and I carry great Gene's. Av longevity in family is 96 years. An hybrid!!!!

If you can play in lakhs, why are you gambling ? Trust its your money. Those who are rich already, should not gamble in terms of lakhs.
I had as friend of mine, who used to play in lakhs despite my cautioning him. Initially he earned a lot. I accompanied him to Bangalore once during Invitation Cup. He played 3 lakhs on Bugs Bunny at 2 1/2 to 1. 4 horses ware involved in a photo finish - namely Bugs Bunny, Classic Line, Astonish and Flirting Vision. To his luck, Bugs Bunny won by short nk. The Bookie had to borrow to settle his payment.
Afterwards, the graph in his case went down. He sold all his properties to gamble. Today he is not in pink of health, talking to himself and smiling. Finally, it has affected his brain.
Those who are rich should always go to enjoy the sport and bet a thousand or two. That should be the limit.
Otherwise, you will also talk to yourself and smile. I dont know, how it has not happened all these 18 years of over a lakh gambling.

Never in my life since last 18 years I have played less a lakh on any bet of mine. Sure I will play but it will be much much more than 20k.I am feeling rich having played Shaman in terms of lakhs.

If you are that confident on Sir Ceil play 20K. The odds will go up to 69 nP in the Ring. You can collect 10K and go home happily and come next day to again back half money horses.

I asked 3 bookies for odds on Sir Cecil.
50/100 is what I got right now.
So my interest died there only.
If it crosses 75/100 all my money will be on it.
Don't waste your time discussing other horses.

What I have written is relating to common punters. Here "I" stands for general punters. I myself dont bother its loss or profit in my case.

I attend Races for the thrill and of course winning. I go there to back a particular horse. It invariably fails. Then I have to do quick study and find out the winner in next Race. That also fails.
So, two bets gone and I am in the back foot. Then I go and have a Coffee. Then I ask the experienced punters whats a good thing ? Their reply always is that they backed good thing for which they came and made money already.
I will scratch my head and look at the subsequent Race Card . If I am lucky , I will pick up the winner and square up the loss for the day. Otherwise, the loss will be added and I will head towards my Car.
This is what happening with me of late. i will always believe next Race day will be mine and go and carry the same exercise. Some days no loss, little profit and some days loss.
If I total it up for the season, its always in red.
I am now waiting for Invitation Races [a Carnival one - no serious Racing] to get my middle stump uprooted.
I am sure you will appreciate my write up. I am only active in Horse Talk.

SIR CECIL WILL HACK THE FIELD.
Poseidon will fight for the 2nd place with New Moon.
On debut Sir Cecil clocked 72.66 seconds and won by 5-1/4 lengths from Diamond Rays and another 5 lengths behind was Shubh Ka Thara. Diamond Rays subsequently won a race convincingly later. Shubh Ka Tara won last week by 6 lengths from Decisive. If you want to assess SC's class, just compare the record holder Speed Six's 71.27 seconds with debutant Sir Cecil's timings 72.66. It will run as on-money favourite to win this race.
