I think every body got the answer, the horse in which manner won easily by 3.3/4 lengths at gud time 2.28.218.

Supreme general ran frequently in different distances and its trainer yet to know its perfect distance after all the runnings and they dont target any particular race .It is an aya ram gaya ram horse.Bhawani is a good jocky i agree .

Once the acceptances were out,I had narrowed my selection to supreme general.after seeing the choice of jockey I thought this might be a big chance for me on a good outsider,now after seeing many tipsters & couple of newspaper predicting supreme general I wonder will I get good odds for supreme general.now I feel Vulcan might give a better odds for place,horse always runs up with the pace and with rider repeating I feel Vulcan will run a decent race.

Supreme General is very well placed in this race to lift the Wadia Cup.Bhawani Singh is a good jockey and the stable gives him good horses to win at longer odds.

Basis their runs on same day (R.No. 10 and R.16) this season,THEMIS gets the first chance over BIG SUR. However, BIG SUR won a 2000 race in superb time in R. 61 is not a push over. His last two runs were not upto the mark. At this weight this WIN LEGEND progeny is a real threat.
Now coming back to THEMIS. Last two runs over the present distance in Oaks and Derby will bring THEMIS as a hot favourite to win this race? Themis is knocking at the door. But, can you trust MK Jadhav and his antics on hot favoruites?
ADVANTAGE BIG SUR... BUT..?
In Terms races a filly gets 1.5 Kg allowance over opposite sex. Fortunately this race favours BIG SUR (Gelding) who is fighting THEMIS (filly) on equal terms (51 kg). There is a possibility, BIG SUR may turn the table on THEMIS in a close finish. But not sure !
Watch the horses on Paddock and analyse their conditions and wage a bet. It is your money, take the final decision after seeing the horses only. I will also make a decision accordingly !

SUPREME GENERAL ran twice in 2400 mtrs.INDIAN DERBY and INVITATION.It was close to the winner in both. It was inconsistent in all other distantance races.Taking the consistency of this 2400 mtrs result into account my final choice is SUPREME GENERAL.Good Luck to those who follow

There is Supreme general,which came 2nd in last years invitation.Very very inconsistent.Perhaps,trainer GANAPATHY may not have any clue about its chances.

Hello to all HT Friends, Apart from Themis and Big sur there is Supreme General who also deserves a mention as it ran 2'nd to the mighty Temerity in the invitation cup last year.. Can run a big 2400 mtrs race..Has enough potential and stamina to run down these 4year old bunch. And also there is palatial who has the ability to run a gud 2400 mtrs. Views Pls. Thanks GSL

B.V.S. sir see the Indian derby video.Big sur is blocked many times in the finishing stages.Also there is a slight handicap difference.Looks like BIG SUR is better than THEMIS.
