One can excuse a punter if he bets minimum, say 2OOO, on horses ridden by Chouhan. Chouhan not reliable nowadays. But if there is 2OK, peti bets etc. on Chouhan, and the horse is lost, we need not shed tears for the loser. People say doosra, theesra. Even if no such confusion, when the jockey is not reliable, it is better to skip or bet lowest possible.

With GST there is every reason to avoid betting for win/places. Those who bet at tote, the other risky pools may be tried at a small out lay. Those who bet with bookies should keep their cool and bet only the amount they could lose without any discomfort.
