Calcutta 5th Race

Today in the 5th race of Calcutta horse no 4 either the gates did not open or the horse did not come out of the gates and the race was given all clear without any one raising an eyebrow???

Were the Stewards sleeping????
Would like to hear from regular punters or Calcuttans about their views.

I have viewed the replay. The gates did open but the horse just refused to raise a gallop. This horse has a habit of being slowly out but today it just refused to come out of the gates. No hanky panky
